    @BSNLCorporate It has been very disappointing to experience worst experience by BSNL in this lockdown period. We have been complaining from 6 month regarding the poor internet connectivity in our area. We have been simply paying money from our wallets for these poor service.

    MTNL, BSNL state owned telecom service providers have monopoly to provide telecom connectivity at central govt offices/entities. Now BSNL has asked for a directive to ensure monopoly at state government offices/state entities. This is poor governance. As it is service is horrible

    @bsnl_care Your 1 lakh site 4G has been completed but still Gorakhpur coverage please inquire about BSNL 4G. 40 percent 4G network is available in my village area.

    Dear @BSNLCorporate, Kindly improve the training of your 1503 customer care staff. One of your executives told me I have to pay to receive incoming SMS — which is completely incorrect. Misguiding customers like this is not fair. Please look into it. #BSNL

    @ICICI_Direct @ICICIBank_Care The ICICIDirect portal has not been opening on my end for the past two days. It works fine on mobile internet and when using tethered mobile data on my desktop, but it does not work on BSNL Broadband. Please help as soon as possible.

    Competition helps improve quality. The service providers BSNL MTNL and others must earn right to provide service. Indraprastha Gas is another example thriving on monopoly. The officers do not even pick up phones and ignore all communications emails. Will the Ministers listen/act

    @BSNLCorporate please check internet speed at Akola City at for all BSNL Towers, the cell internet speed is very poor now a days and big files like 15 to 20 mb

    @DMSundargarh @BSNL_OR Kindly look into the issue of BSNL network not working during power cut Aria-Durubaga,Hemgir,SNG. No power backup at towers is causing major inconvenience.plz note we have only BSNL network available Request urgent action to ensure uninterrupted connec.

    @BSNL_GJ Your service at Surendranagar is worst in the world. Broadband not working since morning. No body at your office know what is the fault. People like you are the reason BSNL is dying
