We have been complaining from 6 month regarding the poor internet connectivity in our area. We have been simply paying money from our wallets for these poor service.

And everyone forgets there is a third operator if you don’t want the above 02, BSNL. Most of India is now dependent more on Data and less on calls (WhatsApp calls thanks). Hence it only makes sense to focus on data plans and increase the ARPU

Additionally he told me that for device I'll have to pay extra 500 to BSNL and no one will ever give me connection if I deny them.

Sreeju (@SreejuCricket) reported@shankjbs175 @kaliyuga_surfer I did port to BSNL last year and the network coverage was so bad that I needed to buy another sim as porting back within 90 days wasn't possible. BSNL is definitely not the option as of now.

Best Deals (@tanaymehrotra1) reported@CryptoZen29 I have been using BSNL as a primary SIM for 16 years. Jio is my secondary SIM. Lots of apps won't run on the Jio network, so I need to switch to BSNL whenever I am outside the home. Flipkart and X are not running on the Jio network.
