    @BSNLCorporate It has been very disappointing to experience worst experience by BSNL in this lockdown period. We have been complaining from 6 month regarding the poor internet connectivity in our area. We have been simply paying money from our wallets for these poor service.

    @bsnl_care BSNL Broadband not working since 11 Feb 2026. Despite raising a complaint, the issue remains unresolved. As a content creator, I have suffered work loss due to this outage. Please restore service immediately and extend my validity for the downtime period.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK BSNL 4G has been launched in many nearby areas, but Nanya-Kavu tower (Pin: 574223), Puttur Taluk, Dakshina Kannada is still not upgraded to 4G. Many BSNL users are waiting for 4G service here. Kindly inform the status and expected timeline.

    @narendramodi sir before you coming as Prime minister in telecom sector nearly 12 companies with 2G network provide good services with affordable prices to common man today you have closed all companies and hardly 4 companies Bsnl no network no service even after 5G came

    @bsnl_care Thanks but it's most pathetic customer service. Yr helpline asked me to go to BSNL office, Accounts officer who raised the bill mentioned mobile number not working. Other E mails sent are returned undelivered. MTNL was better in customer service and no option than opt out.

    @SanTah24 I have two other BSNL numbers at the same location and none of them are getting signal. However, when I move to a different location, all numbers start working fine. So this clearly doesn’t seem like a SIM issue — it appears to be a network problem in my area.

    @BSNL_OR BSNL has the worst network in most of the places in most of the time Customers preferred long validity low cost plans But BSNL is cunningly reducing validity and increasing cost thereby losing customers Will BSNL gain profit by increasing customers of Jio and Airtel ?

    @bsnl_care @bsnl I haven't had internet since 25th December 2025. I have made 4-5 complaints and you keep closing tickets saying complaint resolved. And now you have billed me 2000 for this month's instead of normal 1000. Without providing me any internet for almost 2 months now
