    @BSNLCorporate It has been very disappointing to experience worst experience by BSNL in this lockdown period. We have been complaining from 6 month regarding the poor internet connectivity in our area. We have been simply paying money from our wallets for these poor service.

    @indiclogic BSNL was government run. Are you accepting that Modi is incompetent to run government? He has sold trains airports many govt companies and likewise Mandi. Should we conclude he is bad at business and good at selling out his country?

    @DoT_India 0427 2423330 is my landline no. This phone dead since a month. I have logged a many compliant to Bsnl but without a proper resolution @BSNLCorporate simply closed it. I got a monthly ₹568 bill for without using a benefit as well. I need help @DoT_India

    @BSNL_HR I am from haryana (gurgaon) i select bsnl fiber because of bsnl aggressive price but after all thing setup but my internet does not started i complaint many time but not get any update about my internet connection today is 8 day but my internet cannot started plz better

    The Bsnl landline and ftth connection has been down since yesterday in the Dharmadam area. (Dharmadam P.O 670106, Kannur District, Kerala) Complaint was registered for both services on 198 but there has been no response so far. Kindly help! @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL

    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @PMOIndia So shameless bsnl. Why are you harassing the customers like me. Why is bsnl not resolving network problem at sawaijpur. Every time bsnl tweeted and assured the resolution with in a week. But the problem is not resolved yet now.

    @indiclogic Why do you use JIO and not BSNL? Why was JIo free in first year but more than 500 per month now? Where is the competition in telecom business? Why has BSNL MTNL vanished from market? Can poor people afford JIO?

    @BSNL_HR I am selected bsnl fiber because of aggressive plans but after all things done my internet connection does not started today is 8 day but my internet connection does not started and cannot get any response from costumer support team plz better' your service 🙏
