    @BSNLCorporate It has been very disappointing to experience worst experience by BSNL in this lockdown period. We have been complaining from 6 month regarding the poor internet connectivity in our area. We have been simply paying money from our wallets for these poor service.

    @neerja_tiwari Mam, surrendered my #BSNL BB+LL connection on 12th April 2021, given all documents including a cancelled blank cheque of the bank, but it is 75 days and I have not received my refund of Rs.1499/-. Some help please. TY

    @PappuItaly @Sunchita1 @SHIju513 BSNL is the only ISP in my area and they have their own infrastructure. Contrary to popular belief, my experience with them has been superb. I cannot be a Reliance customer even if I want to.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate Sir, I wanted to switch one of my BSNL mobile 9449460394 to another network. I am unable to send PORT SMS to 1900 since past 3 days. SMS does not go through. Can you help me to generate UPC code for PORT of this prepaid number?
