We have been complaining from 6 month regarding the poor internet connectivity in our area. We have been simply paying money from our wallets for these poor service.

However, the use of unauthorized satellite phones without the required permission is prohibited under Indian regulations. BSNL provides authorized Global Satellite Phone Services (GSPS) to eligible customer as per Department of telecommunications (DoT) guidelines and applicable verification procedures.
