    @neerja_tiwari Mam, surrendered my #BSNL BB+LL connection on 12th April 2021, given all documents including a cancelled blank cheque of the bank, but it is 75 days and I have not received my refund of Rs.1499/-. Some help please. TY

    @BSNLCorporate The same you had said last time also when I had complained. Whenever I complained on Twitter abt the problem, internet work good. But after some hours it shuts again. I think there is human problem in our area bsnl office. Like me there are 1000s of people facing same problem.

    @bsnl_tt My BSNL land line frequently going out of order. I donot know, I have given so many times copmplint , they are attending, Next day again same problem arising. No permant solution for this problem?

    @BSNLCorporate No use of highlighting anywhere.. no action taken till now.. complete waste of time requesting a govt sector (bsnl) for service.. this is why the govt sectors are operating in loss.. highly dissatisfied with bsnl..

    @Freecharge my BSNL Recharge, which i did on 28th is still showing under process. Please look into this.. no one replied on my support request yet. Either process it refund amount immediately
