    @DoT_India UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance. this is the reply from bsnl when ever i tried to get upc code.

    Indian Bank savings acct.They informed us that BSNL has been deducting money via ECS and they can't do anything regarding this.Please let me know what is the process of getting this money refunded,as my 86 yrs old dad has been running around trying to get this issue resolved.....

    @BSNLCorporate since more that already one months have passed and bsnl official are yet not able to provide battery backup for tower even when there is electricity available then also there is no network what does it mean, Where should I complain regarding this??

    @RAJENDR01313213 Dear sir, for sim replacement , you are requested to send the old sim with address proof and authorization letter to any BSNL OFFICE in odisha . so that it can be replaced here and customer will get new sim .
