  @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL First start service of sim upgrade from 2G to 4G in every state for other states residents, I was really surprised to hear in BSNL Ahmedabad office that they can't issue 4G sim against my 2G sim as it belongs to Kerala.

  @JM_Scindia Sir Dec 2025, I officially submitted an application to restore outgoing service going facility for my landline no in Delhi camp, Nasik. Since Jan 2026 BSNL has been making me pay monthly bills including the outgoing facility for my landline. Till date the outgoing

  @bsnl_care I received no data But sadly you closed my complaint without resolving the issue. This same thing happened also in the past thrice. I came into the conclusion that BSNL having no data service, that's why BSNL customers are dwindling day by day
