    @zaaaif You are going in wrong direction now. this galaan valley incident is relatively new. Most of BSNL older gears are Chinese. BSNL never leveraged their assets to make good public services and earn profits. BSNL is not run by professionals but run by babus and IAS .

    @BSNL_AS There is no internet since long. Complaint has also been raised. Payment also been made. Its very unfortunate as a BSNL customer since last 10 years. There are many more network are available. Kindly provide net immediately or disconnect my BSNL no. 03844-222687 today.

    Even in 2021 Customers of BSNL services are still waiting for its better network system in Arwani Bijbehara J&k. Not even a single BSNL Tower is installed/Shared by BSNL -JK nearby the radius of 2 kms at Arwani. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK

    My parents are BSNL customers in Chennai and their Internet has been down since the evening of 1st Apr. Despite their lodging a complaint (Docket No: 125494170581), and several assurances from BSNL that connectivity will be restored soon (1/2) @BSNLCorporate

    Really bsnl provide full flop services day by day.Earlier bsnl network was good rather than other network but now a days bsnl network is flop and other network is become good. So resolve the issue before customer port all bsnl number in the mention area to the other operator.

    @airtelindia recently I ported from BSNL expecting better speed and connectivity but feel fooled by your lucrative ad. Very poor service in District headquarters in the heart of town just 100 mtr from your tower. Even G-Net track app shows 2G connectivity. Looks manipulation
