  @HansrajMeena For this, BSNL employees need to start working and learn some customer service. The downfall of BSNL was due to the employees, not just Govt policies. Even today BSNL is operative, but are you using BSNL services?

  @BSNLCorporate pl provide for deactivation of third party subscriptions which bsnl ties up with in bsnl selfcare app and customer account login. I couldn't find deactivation for YuppTv service. I found it to be useless service. YuppTv app is not having provision for deactivation.

  @JioCare @banibratamandal If anyone has a better alternate number, why would he bother to keep the Jio sim with such a poor network? Why do you even keep asking for alternate number? BTW, which network you suggest for this alternate number? Airtel, BSNL?

  Hello @BSNLCorporate I am unable to make outgoing calls from my BSNL Bharat Fibre Landline number but I can receive calls and make outgoing to customer care and emergency numbers. While calling a mobile or std it says : Your Access Level does not allow to use this facility.

  @narendramodi SAVE BSNL BSNL service deteriorating day by day due to it staff or intended benefits to JIO in Pune. Else nobody will continue with BSNL.

  @TRAI Sir, I am a customer of Bharath fiber net and my plan is BSNL FTTH 777 with phone number 04132965496. But my BB Fibernet is completely out of order for many days. Please rectify the defect to get network connection continuously. Thanks & Regards.

  @otvkhabar Brother first thing is BSNL JIO VI Airtel no one asking for money by call. Customer support can't ask money or otp to customer. If someone asking then there is something wrong. Be Aware
