@BSNLCorporate Tamilnadu, Villupuram internet connection frequently disturbing. Here more network problem. I told that bsnl tower section for my problem to this No. 04146-229100. The officer told me night timing clear network available but day timing unable to solve the problem.

@BSNLCorporate : my landline is down since February 2022, reason cable is cut. Does it take months to repair the same. I feel, if BSNL couldn’t attend the grievances for months as services being outsourced, why be in business. Like telegrams were totally withdrawn (1/2)

@BSNLCorporate : BSNL shld stop the Landline services n return the full money, if charged in advance. For 4 months, if the complaint can’t be addressed, let us shut the business, it’s not worth it. Would be happy to receive response from higher echelons of the organisation. (2/2)

@BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India Can anyone please explain what is the meaning of fault closure code by bsnl "updated as per the cr 2065". We see it in every Complaint closure remark. As per the closure code we don't get to know what action has been taken.
