  @JioCare Jio and my journey related to the network will continue till my recharge is over because even after complaining repeatedly, I am not able to get a better network. I am not able to get 5G network at all at my location.I am going to switch to BSNL soon.

  I contacted @AmazonHelp expecting a solution, but I was told to wait up to 48 hours and then contact BSNL. Seriously? If I wanted to contact BSNL myself, why did I use Amazon Pay? What is Amazon doing to solve this?

  This is not the first time when BSNL had closed the docket without resolving the issue. From the last 3/4 yrs I have been raising the same issues regarding the services of @BSNLCorporate after multiple assurances the authorities failed to fix the problem. 1/2

  Sir/Madam, As reported, ratnagiri BO has been upgraded to a Sub Post Office. The work for operationalization of the office is in progress. After receipt of network connectivity from BSNL and completion of creation of Office ID, SOL ID, etc., the office will be made functional at the earliest.
