    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK Snail paced approach of BSNL devanahalli staff is making customer's feel its an uphill task to obtain a new FTTH connection. From the day of application for new connection, isn't there a TAT for BSNL staff to provide connection.

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate We have been facing internet speed issues. Please solve this as soon as possible. JTO and the guy who has BSNL FTTH franchise is not responding to our requests.

    @BSNLCorporate Okie thanks a lot. I had paid May bill. I am fine if it reflects in the next bill. Not that I am going to become rich or poor coz of this, but so want to push for accountability from both Chennai corporation & BSNL.
