    @BSNL_GJ It has been 5-6 month since my telephone is dead.multiple complaints made. Paid bill regularly.This is so pathetic, BSNL IS LEAST bother about their customers. Giving you the last ultimatum to fix my landline 079-25434165 ASAP, otherwise you will find legal consequences.

    BSNL is a Biggest Froude company in India. I have been connected broad band connection and 2 bsnl sim in our family but always they having problems. Sim have no network, brodband connection in every month atlist 10day we can't use internet but we have pay them without using data.

    @BSNLCorporate Thank you BSNL for responding. After various efforts, we have been able to deposit the amount yesterday. There was BSNL software entry problem of landline number in the "closed bill" option. As the problem has been solved, there is no issue pending now.

    @BSNLCorporate Check DM, shared video of how officers don't receive call back regarding pending issue for which you have replied. Check yourself, call that number and see whether your call is received. Bsnl self care portal profile default number is to be changed. They just don't understand

    @BSNL_OR @AshwiniVaishnaw @CMDBSNL Sir, we are Vintage customers of BSNL. Nowadays we are missing BSNL service. There are so many network issues. BSNL's 4G SIM has been given but the network has not been upgraded yet. Why? 3G network is also not working? What to do sir???
