    @IndianTechGuide Other telecoms are giving 5G while bsnl only recently got 4G and it doesn't work half the time.

    @Stock_Precision Bhai, I live in village and BSNL wireless network is not here however I have BSNL wired phone and Fiber internet connection, which is so good and we have BSNL connection since 20 years , so BSNL needs to work on wireless network

    Please install a BSNL 4G tower in my village Mujauna, Nirpur, Dist:- Samastipur, Bihar- 848129 as there is no network coverage.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 1st provide proper 3G/4G network. Pathetic service. Call drops, poor call quality, poor data speed, poor connectivity. All poor glory goes to BSNL. You're unable to provide stable connection at BHEL Trichy (620014). you name anything, ultimately it is of no use for customers.

    @BSNLCorporate I recently bought a new BSNL sim card and it does not have VoLTE, and customer care is asking me to visit BSNL office. Isn't it stupid, when I was buying the sim card at BSNL office right at that moment VoLTE should be activated or activate it remotely.

    @airtelindia one of the worst service provider I have ever experienced. Your Thanks app is such a waste of time. No option to talk with any agent, no matter what you type there is no relevant reply from their side. I am glad that I moved to BSNL 6 years ago.

    @bsnl_care No any positive result of sending DM. If you barred all outgoing calls then kindly allow to dial customer care number. My Pre-paid 9425177298 with recharge of Rs 1499 is valid till Jan'26 but outgoing calls barred. This is how you treat loyal customer. Jai ho BSNL God bless you
