    On my first bill of new landline one time charge of ₹1000 was billed.Can u explain me 4 what u have charged me.Neither handset, external connection wire or modem was provided by BSNL.I have 2 purchase it myself. Electricity supply off landline services r down in the area.Resolve

    Respected Sir @rsprasad My 06212270836 is nt working properly frm 8 mnth. Many time i compln and twetd but no any action takn. I m very sad frm bsnl service. Now i quit bsnl from april & switch anothr compny. I knw it will not matr to bsnl because it is govt body @DoT_India

    @bsnl_bangalore Thanks for this info. While taking your service to excellence level, please look after your existing customers. I recently shifted with BSNL BB & noticed the connection is down every day for 3 to 4 hours intermediately. Seems done purposely for unknown reason

    After 6 months got to know my area lies in non feasible location where BHARAT Fiber not possible.Will definitely file an RTI to know. Was thinking for a problem solving approach by BSNL here on Twitter that's why Government is forced for "Privatization" @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate

    @Maharnab_Barman @BSNL_AS Try downloading something from app store or play store u will be getting full speed, even im facing same problem in speed tests it will show just 10mbps but while downloading from google server it gives full speed, i dont know what i should say to bsnl guys

    @ramkisusi @ShekharGupta @ReginaDulanjali Yes. BSNL was purposely not allowed to deploy 4G! They have one among the best rural network in India. Shameful tactic by our government.

    @BSNL_BR I am facing this issue since so long. I ve also complained about the issue earlier but it was not resolved. This is my last request after this I will port out from BSNL.
