@BSNLCorporate I have fiber basic plus plan activated which is supposed to give 60mbps speed but since 11th-Feb-2021 I'm getting only 10-15mbps. my bsnl phone number is 05692-297679. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

@BSNLCorporate there is 10 % discount for govt employees in fiber connection but bsnl exchange is telling that there is no official circular regarding this news.please help and send the circular in your offices

@JioCare Why jio is giving 4G data services like bsnl in my area, after several complaints no avail, 4G speed is around 100 kbps only and Jio is about to begin 5G service in India, a big joke

@Airtel_Presence Listen It’s already ported in Airtel from BSNL your CS team said on 198. Network not showing in my mobile. Some documents mismatch issue. My question is if doc not match why you ported in. At least my BSNL shall have active.

@DoT_India pathetic service. Applied connection in last Diwali with 100 Mbps plan. Yet to recieve speed beyond 30 Mbps and yet to hear dial tone of landline as well. BSNL worst hai mera.

@BSNLCorporate Complaint booked in BSNL complaint portal with docket_no HAR/CO/2021/3370 dtd 16/02/2021 is not resolved. Nobody contacted. Got messages that it has been resolved.
