    @JioCare Dear Barun, thanks for the concern. But I am fine with Govt service because its obvious I donot wish to feel cheated as for same services jio, Airtel and VI are charging almost double and see how people are migrating back to BSNL. Only problem is BSNL administration is corrupt.

    @BSNLCorporate I want to downgrade my Bsnl broadband plan,Even i tried in self care portal but it is showing only upgrade to higher level plans only No option for Downgrade to Superstar 1 plan ,please help me to downgrade my broad band plan My Current plan : Fiber ValuePlus

    @ShivajiBharadw1 If you are using a SIM of any Company, you will never require to meet a BSNL employee . So I have never gone to any BSNL office . Where there is matter if service, there is call centre and that is being run by private com.
