I raised the issue of not receiving BSNL signals in mumbai, whereas you have advertised it being Available. How relevant is the remark !... Shame ... Prakash Pandey (@lawfulview) reported@BSNLCorporate my phone number having validity till 16/10/2026 is barred from calling / texting to any mobile number. I went to Lucknow BSNL center and they told me it is blocked from Allahabad and they are unable to help. I am paying for services i can't even use. Is this fair?
