Anand Sri (@anand_ttr) reported@BSNLCorporate When we port to #BSNL from another network / buy a new connection, why the hell you make the per minute plan as base & default plan. We know, we can recharge with any plan amt. Why are you not making the recharged plan as the actual plan.

Reservation Counters at Banashankari BDA Complex Reservation Office are not working since BSNL link is down due to OFC cable being cut. Restoration of the same is under progress. Passengers are requested to visit other nearby Reservation Offices or make use of online booking through our official Apps, Rail One/IRCTC Rail Connect.
