  @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care there any official daily outage schedule for BSNL Bharat Fibre? Our Wi-Fi is frequently unavailable for 3–5 hours every day. Please clarify whether this is a scheduled outage or a technical issue and provide a permanent solution.

  @Crazyness_2 @seniorchauhan @Priyaa_Purohit Understood, ur problem is lack of internet literacy. Not recharge. there r voice only recharge on feature phones.. try that. V cannot complain 2 bsnl that y they cannot give me old ringdown dial phone now. World has moved on. If u stuck in 7th century & b caveman, ur problem.

  @Saurav_DC @MukAn_X I recently got to know that BSNL has already rolled out 4G in my city long time back, I just had to get my SIM upgraded to use 4G network. Ever since the sim upgrade I'm happy to use BSNL 4G, which is not superfast but decent and consistent. It gets the work done.

  @IndianTechGuide Give the option to order a SIM online through a website or app, like Jio. That would help BSNL tremendously. I'll also order @BSNLCorporate

  @SumitKu94642898 @sohamjani96 @TRAI Although India has one of the lowest costs of internet in the world, it is still a low-income country. Price hike is still not acceptable to many low and middle class families, that's why people have moved towards BSNL despite low network strength and internet speed. In India, most of the people have always bought products and paid for subscriptions which give value for money, rather than the opposite which is mainly driven by our per capita income and cultural ethos.

  @TRAI Struggling with BSNL big time.. forget speed, network itself is no guarantee.
