  @bsnl_ktk @BSNLCorporate Broadband is not working properly. In a day, hardly for 1 or 2 hours only internet is available.When customer care is called to book complaint,they disconnect abruptly w/o booking complaints. How can BSNL ensure fair service to its customers? Respond imm.

  @BSNLCorporate BSNL PUNE Aundh exchange, not able to reach any landline or the staff. All landlines seem down. Can someone update us with any expected timeline for the fix and restart. Thanks.

  @BSNLCorporate What sorry?U people make BSNL A big ****.I called Appellate Authorities BSNL here(Hyderabad) 04023201212even though my line is down.Then why should we go continue with BSNL.I am telling you if I sarendor then in a single day bsnl will loose minimum 10 15 customers.
