    @Zakas_PK Sir, The inconvenience caused to the customer is deeply regretted.The case has been taken up with BSNL but no suitable action has been taken up yet, further Public Relations Inspector of Post has been directed to escalate the matter with BSNL.

    @APidamarthy @CMDBSNL BSNL senior management is to be solely blamed for today's condition of BSNL. Even having largest on ground support and technical knowhow they just left ground empty for competition to be conquered. MNy a times their senior officials were hands in gloves with competition.
