The bsnl service is going downhill day by day. To even modify the plan of my bsnl FTTH I have to run hoops around bsnl service still nothing has been done and no one contacted me also. When I call bsnl service centre they cut the call. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL

@BSNLCorporate no network at all at my native place. Worst network service by bsnl to mtnl users. Getting 2g network but still worst service. Improve the service so that customers get satisfied. Look into it asap.

Hello team of BSNL @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_tt i have recently ported idea to BSNL , previously I have used network issue and not proper response.. But i have some hope on BSNL but no use no one response and unable to use BSNL network team kindly look into it.
