    @sathishms18 buy one BSNL sim also, in case of any problem i send mail to bsnl cmd and problems are solved, now also i m using BSNL Sim district engineer solves the problems forwarded by CMD. but airtel do not care..

    @Airtel_Presence With these kind of staff you have never reach customers and loss of revenue to company. I have requested BSNL with no option and i have suggest my society members also same, because Airtel is completely out focus on customers query

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @cmdbsnl I am not sure how it was stated that #BSNL will turn profitable in 2023-24 because the ground reality is that a new customer who wished to support #BSNL cannot even activate the sim. I am considering it a mistake buying #BSNL sim not heeding to advises.

    @airtelindia can you please improve the network quality in Hyderabad lot of people are facing the network issues. We are planning to switch to BSNL due to airtels poor network

    @YearOfRat @NdSolanki Its bad comparison. No service provider works across india like BSNL does. TCS has almost 6L on payroll.

    @BSNLwarriors123 In many of my nearby villages, customers are paying rs 1000 for 30mbps ftth for Pvt operators bcoz bsnl is a failure during shutdown times. most of the rural exchanges are without battery, dg. Trust can be only improved if they provide hassle-free service.

    @DoT_India Thank you sir, i had recharged another time but there is no update from bsnl team side not even tweet reply. Help me out in this.. And amazon team is good enough to ask me to wait till tonight 8pm. Please make our government bsnl to be more supportive to our customers
