@BSNL_OR We hv gone to BSNL office multiple times (before lockdown), applied 4 reversal of paid bill when phone is not working and disconnection if line cannot be fixed but the officials offer no help. Request your help in fixing the line or disconnection if it cannot be fixed

@BSNL_UPW I use bsnl post paid no for getting OTPs. I get OTPs when they are expired. Rarely get proper network. Sometimes signals go away. Thank you for providing this service.
