    Thank you 🙏 for the ground-level input — glad to hear 4G has reached the areas you visited. That said, the picture isn’t uniform across the state. BSNL, which still holds significant network presence in rural West Bengal, continues to operate 2G in areas where its 4G rollout remains incomplete — including documented cases in Purba Medinipur as recently as May 2026. Private operators like Jio and Airtel are largely 4G/5G, but BSNL’s rural coverage gaps mean some villages are genuinely still on 2G or EDGE. The line wasn’t about cities — it was about those last-mile pockets that BharatNet and RoW Rules are specifically designed to fix.

    @JM_Scindia BSNl fraud Bsnl doesn't allow call forwarding services through cellphone settings , customer care or even private visit to csc This is just abuse by govt entity

    @BSNLCorporate, @PMOIndia @BSNL_UPEast Again I'm getting only 2Mbps speed Please fix the issue and consider rebate in my monthly bill. Facing this speed issue for 10 days I launch the complaints multiple times but no action taken from higher authority of #BSNL

    BSNL broadband bill silently increased from ₹518 to ₹618 in just 2 years ,nearly 20% hike. Private players offer better speed and service at lower prices. In this govt, is there anything left today that hasn’t been inflated?

    @cgm_mh_bsnl @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Bsnl support or customer care doesn't work properly...I have raised about network issue for our area 2 months ago in X . But they send me same msg again again no solution yet. Nonsense service provider.

    @bsnl_care @bsnl_tt @BSNLCorporate BSNL signal has been completely lost in Sriram Nagar Colony, Kondapur, Hyderabad since yesterday. Such poor service from a Central Government telecom company is really disappointing. Customers are unable to make calls or use internet services.
