    @reliancejio @JioCare it's quite disgusting that jio is showing 5G network in cell and also full network, but interest is working like 2G and also voice call getting interrupted in a city like Hyderabad, even BSNL is working better than jio network kindly do needful

As per JTO Bidupur, the previous concern was addressed through the earlier complaint response, and you were advised to clear the pending dues related to the previous connection. Further, as per MSO Adarsh Enterprises, earlier FTTH connections availed in the names of family members were disconnected due to non-payment. We request you to kindly resolve any pending dues and coordinate with the concerned team/MSO for further assistance regarding new FTTH installation. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.     BSNL sim services are not available for Non 4g sims in Karol Bagh, Jhandewalan, Patel Nagar areas of Delhi from midnight of 6th August. What is the issue ? When will it be rectified ? @BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia @CMDBSNL

    I want to disconnect my BSNL FTTH connection + reduce the bill for one month ( since I have not been using it at all since the past month ) 18004444 gave me the most vaguely rude response. Please help. I need explicit instructions regarding what to do. @BSNLCorporate

    @virajraundal8 cheap Internet services expanded due to cheap smartphones started getting available after 2013, also which include 4g spectrum tech which was more effecient than 3g, also govt flagship progam that allows private companies to rent or buy bsnl infra for fix amount of time.

    @financebyanmol Obviously consumers will be made to pay it. Govt is just giving misleading statement to get the ball passed & to deflect public anger/outrage. All the service bills paid to govt agencies like Elec bills, Taxes, BSNL bills etc will be the first to charge UPI charges directly.
