Yet myself not getting the landline and internet connection from bsnl since last 3 months. Only using internet on mobile does not mean the complete digitalization happened.

Abbas Ali Baig (@baig11) reported@BSNL_JK Sir our landline with no 01942497475 stopped working on 11.11.2020. We called the bsnl customer care and they said that a technician will visit us within the next 24 hrs and gave us the complaint no 1052132430. We waited for the next five days but no one turned up.
