Let's take BSNL for example. It had a huge lead above the competitors. Till FY09 it was profitable as well as a market leader. But it's on the verge of closing due to heavy loss "Telecom experts and former officials of BSNL blame the red tape and slow pace of decision making".

@AshwiniVaishnaw sir plz help me.. I already complained online to bsnl.. Teetwd to bsnl.. The given no. Custme cr.. 1800 180 1503.. Is may be out of service and shows that this no is not exist (it was on the web site of bsnl for customer care)

Worst ever experience from BSNL for FTTH services. I simply wasted my money, time and energy behind these. If you want to get Hypertension, Blood Pressure or any other kind of chronic disease then opt for their service. You will regret after that. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_CG_Circle

Bsnl connection lost 3 days before at mahoba up. Vender is happy, officers are ok. Connection holder paying timely. Who respond this problem. Why always cut your cable. Other than others like airtel, jio etc.

@CMDBSNL sir, recently I have taken new connection at shahpur sagar and since last 7 days my BSNL broadband connection is not working. whenever I call to officer they give false promise to correct in 2 hours, one day, etc. But still it's not working. Please do something. thanks
