    @bsnl_care all these details were provided - in addition to this I had to spend 30 mins on an international call with BSNL support!!!

    @bsnl_care Dear BSNL Care, Thank you for the update regarding Complaint No. F0329159437077. However, the issue is still not resolved. My BSNL number continues to show no network most of the time, with signal appearing only briefly before disappearing again. @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care

    My previously working BSNL 4G SIM has not been activated since 02. 06.26 aft being upgraded to a 5G.Even aft I personally visited and informed the technical staff about the problem, nothing has been done to resolve it so far. This is the unfortunate state of BSNL's service today.

    @BSNL_JKD BSNL never provides Data Although plan 599 contains 3 GB data per day. I recharged my BSNL number 8987449440 today morning with plan 599 Earlier also they didn't provide any data. I don't know why BSNL is unable to provide data, despite taking charge for giving data
