    @DoT_India @cgm_mh_bsnl @BSNLCorporate Extremely bad experience with customer service when the toll free number for BSNL is contacted. And your customer service doesn't even call back if disconnected after long blank hold!

    It's literally my 1st Day of using Jio because I shifted / Port my sim from BSNL to Jio so that I can easily access the 5G network and make my work easy !! But this situation is horrible, Never expected from Jio. Please help me with this issue as soon as possible

    @bsnl_care @rkchkumar BSNL tariff guidelines team is actively working for the past 5 years. They will not consider their network QOS and its performance. Their job is to reduce the validity of all plans and indirectly increase the tariffs. If we compare with pvt. Opts. BSNL is zero in all Metros.
