have face the same problem. I don not want to say but these are some reasons which are backing BSNL in telecom industry. Keeping in view of the above kindly collect recording from your customer care centre and provide me full value or refund my amount.

@BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL, Its been like 15 days my FTTH connection problem is not resolved since after contacting BSNL vendor from 12 August 2021. Problem is persisting after contacting multiple times.
