    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Hi BSNL team, request to address customer issues, I have been following up to customer care 1503 and through twitter no one bother to help out. Basic I m not receiving bank and other vendor payment OTPs which has BSNL sim. Help out customers, at least update them. Response???

    @prudentgoa What is the point in publishing the news at around 2. 20 pm when BSNL lines were down between 1 am to 7 am. Useless to give alternative help lines when all finished.

    @Indian_Analyzer Hence we need BSNL 4G/5G. Portability to BSNL is a pain. They need to improve on that to gain more customer.

    @BSNL_WB Name ANIMIKA from BSNL Customer Care Kolkata. She rejected and cut my call during speaking. I am a customer and called to register a complaint. No Solution yet.

    @Kanishk8945121 @BSNLCorporate @MTNLOfficial The test signals that you're referring to is the 40439 signal which is still not being activated from BSNL's end, the MTNL's network that you're receiving is a glitch as BSNL doesn't have the Band 8 (900) for the deployment of 4G in delhi, and MTNL will not launch 4G, BSNL will.
