    @bsnl_care its been more than 24 hours now, still my issue hasnt been resolved and this happens every month pathetic customer service by Bsnl and the vendor

    I have contacted BSNL customer care and visited your office several times, but the staff only gives the same reply: “wait, it will port soon,” without taking any real action. Such unprofessional behavior and lack of accountability is unacceptable. @BSNLCorporate

    @bsnl_care @bsnl_care My home is just ~1 km from the BSNL tower, yet I get only “E” (2G). I am not expecting 4G, but at least basic 3G should be available. This is a service failure, not a coverage extension issue. Kindly resolve.

    v r using it in uk & 90d validity gone,28d comes. am not getting BSNL signal. How do I recharge it w/o OTP? Is it network issue or sim issue? I have BSNL app but it asks for otp after asking no. No bsnl signal in UK. Restarted phone,removed &reinserted sim, no use @BSNLCorporate

    @JioCare can u believe that Jio N/W is worse than BSNL in our area? Here full Jio signals means call drop/no call connect and no internet. Every Jio user is facing same issue. Send your team on ground to access the situation. CRPF Bijnor-226002 (UP) @reliancejio #Jio #Jio5G
