@BSNLCorporate There is no option for downgrading BSNL FTTH plan on BSNL Selfcare. I can't go to nearby office due to COVID. I did DM you and still no help :(

STUDENT LOSES MORE THAN 4.5 LAKH TRYING LINKING SIM CARD WITH ADHAAR THROUGH E-KYC. She gets a call which she thinks is from Customer Care of BSNL and caller hacks her phone by installing ANY DESK APP. NEED TO BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL IN CYBER WORLD. UNSOLICITED HELP IS DANGEROUS.

@BSNLCorporate Even I contacted Mangalore Dist. BSNL A.G.M...but there is no solution...Last option left is throwing this bsnl broadband out of my house.
