    @BSNLCorporate How you reconsider it? Can you explain? Suppose one guy asking this month. And another guy is asking in next month. That continues. And that person may asking local bsnl service engineer, near csc or main branch. They simply reject it. How you tracking all these?

    @netshrink @rsidd120 @FoxBat_IND My airtel 4G works so good that I don't even have broadband at home -- all my online meetings, classes work great on hotspot! I ditched my BSNL landline/broad due to very bad service (which went from bad to worse over last 5 years). It's a very different story at my office :)

    @BSNLCorporate We have opted for hathway, coz getting the internet connection for our start up took just 2 days their customer service was really great They did not do ping pong sending us to multiple offices, u just lost a b2b customer. I know why bsnl is failing! Ur colleagues are lethargic

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW @GoI_MeitY Dear BSNL broadband team, At least make a call center, where when we make a call someone should answer. Instead of lodging complaint with your employees, who is asking me call again on the same number. He will not file complaint.(05691220698).

    @CMDBSNL Sir, my senior citizen 76 year old mother discontinued her BSNL LL after 21 years. However, there has been no intimation regd. refund amount that is due to us. My mother does not get pension and is dependent on small payments like these for her existence. Please Help !
