The issue was still the same Server is down. They instead asked me visit a private shop near BSNL office to get my issue resolved. The team there is not at all

It's been several days, and I still haven't received even a single SIM card. Despite sharing my health condition and requesting priority support, there has been no meaningful update. Cause they know, they are confident, that their own company is not capable, resolving the customer complaints.

Anand (@anand_ttr) reported@R_N_Vaghani If #BSNL provides stable n/w, people will change to #BSNL. But their 4G frequently changing to 2G/3G. We have to again change it to 4G, using flight mode. Also if power goes off, we don't get #BSNL signal at all. This is another major problem. But they don't bother to fix these.

SIDDHARTH (@SID_ODIALIVE) reported@bsnl_care also in the main highway while travelling, network calls fluctuate and unstable, have a check on it also.I'm using 1yr pack and getting such problems since last 1.5yr . some services got improved but volte and no network inside malls is big concern in 2026 for BSNL !

Sunny (@hoshang_govil) reported@TRAI All of the above. While travelling, Jio is worst and in SEZ area Jio is useless. Jio is useless in heavy crowded area too. Airtel weak in residential area. Vi non existent in villages & BSNL has similar or worse fate.

Satyam Upadhyay (@SatyamMortis) reported@TRAI You may not believe this but I never got any network in my BSNL sim when I had it but when I was in elevator I suddenly got full signal. Any explanation? No other sim gets a single network bar in the same elevator for except BSNL.
