BSNL odisha why complaints not attended. Govt trying to revive BSNL but are they ready, I think no. internet is not restored even in 48 hrs, how o can agree for reviving this junk. SDO Maitrivihar BBSR does not act. Centralized complaint system says complaint already booked .

I went to the Bhiwani BSNL office the next day and requested the authorities to cancel my connection and waive off the bill charges because I neither used the Wifi nor the landline so why I would be paying the bill.
