@BSNL_HR Since yesterday, i.e., 27-12-2020, 0171 - 2966691 is connected without internet. There is no connectivity. It is condemnable that BSNL personnel are not working to ensure that I get for what I am paying regularly on time. BSNL personnel should understand my problem.

@bsnl No due amount stands payable as on date. Still connection to telephone only has been provided without any service rendered by BSNL. Pl ensure adjustment of excess payment made for d period of non-connection to my set since May '2020 last. Pl disconnect Broad connection also.

@BSNL_KTK I called the customer care number to check. executive took details, put on hold, vanished. and then the call dropped. BSNL needs to improve customer care if they wish not to be taken over by the private players.
