Don't power cut unnecessarily. Don't test our patience.

No one takes responsibility just a disgrace.

Minor issues take weeks/months, complaints marked “resolved” without action, and local vendors rarely respond. Only thing consistent—bill reminders. Not sure who’s accountable.
