    @BSNLCorporate my cousin's contact no. is 9417659975 from last two months his landline and broadband is notworking 01886244209 . please help me its it's really bad for you because bsnl is not providing good customer service.

    @kalaiyarasanm10 @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate Its good. I am using FTTH from BSNL. But the frequency of outages is very high and has a bad turnaround time. You will feel it as you use it.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN Facing frequent outages in my BSNL FTTH connection. 2-3 outages per week. Some outages lasts whole day. Raised online complaint 130440918712 on BSNL selfcare. No other ISPs have this many outages in India. No proper rerouting in case of cable issues.
