@AnuragAgrawalMD @netshrink Exactly. My parents waited 7 years after booking to get their MTNL landline. We still have a BSNL landline, but changed broadband from BSNL to ACT, the difference in service is so stark it isn't funny. Certain areas are best provided by govt, and healthcare is one. Not telecom!

@BSNLCorporate First of all bsnl csc or main district bsnl office and local service engineer they take a risk. If they giving new service they got headache of maintenance. If not giving also they will salary. Then why they are worrying?. Who will work for your bsnl business strategy / plans.

@BSNLCorporate We have opted for hathway, coz getting the internet connection for our start up took just 2 days their customer service was really great They did not do ping pong sending us to multiple offices, u just lost a b2b customer. I know why bsnl is failing! Ur colleagues are lethargic

@BSNLCorporate How you reconsider it? Can you explain? Suppose one guy asking this month. And another guy is asking in next month. That continues. And that person may asking local bsnl service engineer, near csc or main branch. They simply reject it. How you tracking all these?
