    @BSNLCorporate my cousin's contact no. is 9417659975 from last two months his landline and broadband is notworking 01886244209 . please help me its it's really bad for you because bsnl is not providing good customer service.

    @DoT_India @PMOIndia @mygovindia Sir I am from Hoshiarpur and I am student and my University is conducting online Exam & I have BSNL broadband connection at my home but BB is not working from last 3 week. I complain about it several time but nobody came to resolve it.

    @BSNLCorporate Hi, I'm in Hoshiarpur and living in a rented house since 2004 and currently I don't have any Rental Agreement or NOC of my House Owner as they live abroad and I need a FTTH connection for study purposes. Is there is any solution to it? #BSNL

    @reliancejio @JioCare I don’t your service no more worst customer care service and your plans are expensive. BSNL is providing best customer service completely human not robot and AI like JIO no more questions just disconnect it refund my deposit take your router, set top box.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Extremely disappointing to see @BSNLCorporate customer care & issue solving people do not ustd & act upon to solve the issue of BSNL mobile unable to call/send/receive sms etc from 29th May - this time . how to do anything when we cant get OTPs?

    @bsnl_care @NarendraKr1993 @BSNLCorporate They promised to upgrade in August 2025, but nothing has happened yet. So, should we just keep recharging their SIM until then? I've now ported from BSNL to another telecom provider because of their network.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw add to that the customer care lady/supervisor cuts the call saying they need 3 working days while the lady who received the complaint on 29th promised to attend it on priority. we do not wish to port number to private services, it appears BSNL doesnt want that?
