  @DoT_India @PMOIndia @mygovindia Sir I am from Hoshiarpur and I am student and my University is conducting online Exam & I have BSNL broadband connection at my home but BB is not working from last 3 week. I complain about it several time but nobody came to resolve it.

  @rahul_kaki Hi, To port your number to BSNL, first send an SMS with the message PORT space your mobile number to 1900. You'll receive a Unique Porting Code (UPC), valid for 4 days. Visit a BSNL customer service center with your ID proof, passport-size photo, and UPC code. Fill out the porting form, make the required payment for activation and the first recharge, and submit your documents. After submission, you'll receive a new BSNL SIM, and the porting process will take around 7 working days.   @bapunashokkumar Sir/Madam, As reported, BSNL provides net connection at locality of Naikanidihi Sub Post Office. Due to non availability of BSNL net, link has been failed at Naikanidihi SO. However, the matter has been escalated to higher Authority of BSNL and being monitored regularly for restoration of Network and smooth operation of Postal Work.
