The representative will need to submit a written request along with a valid authorization letter from you, a copy of your ID proof, and other required documents as per BSNL guidelines.   @bsnl_care Since many days, there is mobile network outage. The BSNL customer care is not registering complaint, it straightaway transfers to feedback. So, kindly register my complaint and give a complaint number. And restore the mobile network immediately.

  @IndianTintin_ @ban_opinion Its survival of the fittest which has led to the monopolies and duopolies. BSNL and other were like **** and Jio came and became no 1 provider as customers chose to go with jio and it is not govt which forced jio on the population.
