  Day 7. Still no response. Still no resolution. My BSNL FTTH connection has been down for 7 days, and despite repeated complaints, emails, and escalations to Customer Care and higher authorities, no one has resolved the issue.

  If BSNL offers this prompt customer services most of mobile operators will be in trouble. There is a huge gap in terms of customer-friendly mobile services with solid coverage and reliable network.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews I have never seen such a worst network in my life..I think Bsnl would also runs better than you..the fraud let me tell evry1, I ws hvng prep nd ltd data then the speed was in mbps, and then I switched to postp and unlimited,spd is 1 kbps

  @bsnl_care @TtBsnl @BSNLCorporate bsnl introduced new Selfcare app for ios and unable to register of sign in as Ito time given 30 seconds wherein the Ito never comes in 30 seconds. Pls do the needful.
