People have bought new bsnl sim even after a week or more they have not been able to use the services either due to inactivity or no Network coverage

Their entire broadband system is practically in the "ICU" and absolutely no official wants to take any responsibility for it! If a customer complains about faulty internet, they casually take 15 to 20 days just to fix a basic issue.
