    @BSNL_RJ worst thing about bsnl is if you have any issue, you will be told to go in exchange office, give written application and we all know how government offices works, their lunch time never ends, we are in 2022 but government offices works like in 1922

    @BSNLCorporate my grandfather is in Puna and having BSNL postpaid number 9460960114 and due to unavailability of the network there the OTP for medicines are not received on their phon plss check and sort out the problems so that it would help him for medicines and various

    @AshwiniVaishnaw you have recently launched 5G and BSNL -Bihar are doing nothing. They have not resolved the complain of 26th May. I went twice BSNL office, spent 3 hours, but BSNL link was failed. If they can’t resolved their own problem, how can they resolved customer problem.

    @BSNL_UPW @BSNLCorporate bsnl fiber has been on and off since 2 nights here in my area. And the only solution I've gotten is phone number or 4 random guys from nearby towns each blaming the fault on another and asking to talk to the next person. #badcustomerservice #bsnlfiber
