    @airtelindia if you are unable to support your infrastructure then please don’t advertise something you can’t deliver. I had bsnl before and I thought bsnl was the problem being govt entity. But I was wrong, in Dehradun Airtel fails more than bsnl in broadband segment

    @excitel_rocks This is my connection no. 5320008850, registered name Kunwar Shikhar. Check the ticket history about no connectivity issue. You guys are worst than BSNL. Your services are like government services. Only problem no solution. BSNL works more than Excitel.

    @itzksrai Dear Customer, To activate the VoLTE service, please type ACTVOLTE and send it via SMS to 53733. After submitting the request, the service may take up to 24 hours for activation. VoWiFi service is enabled automatically for eligible customers based on handset compatibility, approved software version, and network provisioning. For supported devices, you can manually enable it by going to your handset Settings → Wi-Fi Calling/VoWiFi and turning it ON while connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.     An unidentified man who climbed a BSNL tower in Siliguri was rescued after an eight-hour-long operation on Wednesday, September 2. Civil Defence team member Krishna Barman said the operation began at 7am and was challenging as the man climbed to the top of the tower and sat on a single rod without any railing or seating space. After repeated attempts to persuade him to come down failed, the rescue team used food to lure him lower. Once he descended, the team secured him with a rope and brought him down safely on a stretcher. #TheSentinel #BSNL #Tower
