@BSNL_OR I am a BSNL Odisha Sim User. BSNL NETWORK in Odisha is in very pathetic condition(in ICU) since last 3 months. I want to port it to a better network than it. I am unable to PORT as BSNL is neither sending UPC code nor is any customer care number working.

Perhaps bsnl has no capacity to resolve my network related issue. One the worst company of India @AshwiniVaishnaw sir pls see how customer complaints are addressed in your department. Improvement is very far even I don't get any reply from your lazy department.

@BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate our broadband is disconnected despite paying my bills ( infact I have paid twice). We have DMed you all the details but there is absolutely no response from your team . The call to customer care is of no use as they are asking us to visit Bsnl office.

@BSNLCorporate I am bsnl user 4g but network is not properly provide in my area . I am in aligarh ,uttar pradesh . Resolve 4g network problem . Bsnl lose trust of customer for that problem .

@JioCare my sim BSNL to JIO port,jio 1st salesman cheat with me not active my SIM but he take money and not refund my money,2nd salesmen active SIM again take money, last 18 days 1st salesman not attend phone,also going jio store but this not interested my issue and not help.

@DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_ap_circle, We have a BSNL landline connection for the past 25 years. We hardly had issues. After changing to Bharat-fiber, almost every 2 weeks, we are having network issues, and the phone will be dead for a minimum of 2 days every time.
