    @BSNLCorporate I have bought a new sim but can't activate bsnl tv and also can't use it. Your customer care doesn't do anything and gives fake update of restored. Your bitv doesn't support new sim activation plan support. Your indoor coverage is trash in my area, other areas are good.

    @BSNLCorporate how do I activate VoLTE on my BSNL number? I am using 4G, but VoLTE is not working. Because of that, every time I get calls, the network goes down to 2G. This is in Kolkata.

    BSNLCorporate @BSNL_CHTD BSNL FTTH at Maraimalai Nagar giving only 7–9 Mbps instead of promised 25 Mbps with frequent disconnections. Complaint raised multiple times since 26.04.2026, still no fix or response from vendor Karthikeyan. Please resolve immediately.
