@BSNLCorporate @BSNLJHARKHAND on 4th march, I gave the application to DEOGHAR BSNL office to (814112) change my BSNL fiber basic plus (60mbps) to fiber rural home wifi ( I live in a rural area) (30mbps), and they haven't changed yet. and selfcare portal hasn't support downgrade.

The Landline Telephone Number 0542 2985827 is not functioning since 06 March 2023.We had made several calls to service provider BSNL . But no response till this time.We are facing several problems due to our disconnect with the internet.@BSNLCorporate @MIB_India @jagograhakjago

@BSNLCorporate My sim card got crashed and i went for sim replacement to Hyderabad Tarnaka bsnl office, they given new sim on 6-2-2023,today 9th but still not active . I don't know what's the problem is, even office staff also not able to trace what's the problem is...
