  Hi @BSNLCorporate team its been 6 months of using bsnl ftth services but still every month i am facing some problems with it. Since from 3 days i am getting less than 1mbps speed inspite of having 60mbps plan and even after complaining multiple time there is no response from bsnl

  @BSNLCorporate I agreed. But if written request was required it should have asked by the BSNL executive when I visited the office for issue of duplicate sim. I had already submitted all required documents asked by him. However Thanks for your support. Now incoming & outgoing calls are working.

  @motorolaindia Sir/Madam, Hru? I use BSNL SIM in Moto G71 5g mobile. while hotspot or internet is on if I receive / dial voice call then mobile data gets disconnected. the same SIM works fine with old 4G mobile. how to fix this?

  @BSNLCorporate FTTH services in pune are still the worst from bsnl, no improvement at all inspite of several complaints and tweets. Downtime is just too much.
