    @bsnl_care Your bsnl Adampur (Jalandhar) staff called me , lady asked she is Bsnl Adampur JTO, I asked her name to verify identify if the calls is really from BSNL Adampur and she denied telling her name. Is this the definition of "diligent working" ? How can I expect them to resolve issues

    @immohitchauhan2 Dear Customer, To port your number to BSNL, first send an SMS with the message PORT (space) your mobile number to 1900. You'll receive a Unique Porting Code (UPC), valid for 4 days. Visit a BSNL customer service center with your ID proof, passport-size photo, and UPC code. Fill out the porting form, make the required payment for activation and the first recharge, and submit your documents. After submission, you'll receive a new BSNL SIM. During this time, your number may be temporarily inactive, and once the porting is complete, your BSNL SIM will be activated. Regards, BSNL Care(Abhishek)

    My internet service has been down for four days and no response from any representative. Multiple complaints but no response. Worst experience with services of BSNL FTTH. Adamant tech staff , not responding on phone calls. complaint No. 115588495 @CGM_GUJ_BSNL @BSNL_GJ
