    @JioCare So far after 18 hours , there is no official reply from jio care at your end neither any appointment conformation of installation engineer , it simply shows you are going BSNL way as far as customers are concerned....stay afloat till fury of mass customer.

    @BSNL_CHTD I am staying in kurinjipadi, cuddalore district. BSNL Fiber service provider denying to give connection to my home due to distance and cable length. Can you please help on this. It will be just 1/2 km for my home from the already available connection.

    @BSNLCorporate it's the second day of network failure in Korba, Chhattisgarh. No mobile service, landline or internet broadband of BSNL is working while private networks are fine. Yesterday it was off from afternoon to 7:30PM today services are off from 11:30AM.@BSNL_CG_Circle

    The customer care of BSNL does not talk properly and the customer care of BSNL does not even answer the matter correctly, if you do not take the customer care service of BSNL properly, then please BSNL fix your customer care service. @BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_AS I am fed up of the poor service from bsnl broadband. this ticket (16458283642) is raised 2 days back and no resolution so far. Had a word with the local officials too but no help. And this is not new. It keeps happening. Kindly provide resolution ASAP.

    @CA_Ravi_Dhanraj @BSNLCorporate Requesting you to remove the Bsnl sim from SIM2 & insert in SIM1 & try again. That's why generally it says always use multiple network operators SIM cards if you have #ideacellular SIM card right now you can atleast get the facility of calls & SMS.
