@ViCustomerCare From last 1 week your network in the evening (from 6 PM to 12 mid night) stops working.Sometimes even not possible to send whatsapp messages. Please solve this problem ASAP otherwise there are other options in my area(Jio, Airtel, BSNL) Area- MusafirKhana(Town area), PIN-227813

@BSNLCorporate BSNL failure is not just a BSNL officials failure. It's a failure of present INDIAN GOVERNMENT failure @PMOIndia @narendramodi Indian govt. not able to survive BSNL network in All over India.Those IAS, ITS or IES official work under directly or indirectly are their failure also.

If u recharge twice on same day for the same phone, Government owned BSNL gives u one set of services only. Your second recharge goes in vain, while BSNL enriches itself at consumers' cost. What the private service providers do in similar situation?

@BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia @narendramodi No any network coverage at my Home location BSNL/MTNL. Jawahar Colony,60 feet road Near Bansal medical store, Faridabad, Haryana-121005. Resolve my grievance and few months before reply your end "New BTS installation is in progress". But still I am waiting.... Why?

@BSNL_JK @BSNLCorporate I hv BSNL ftth instld & it does work fine when its up. But the vendor in my area is unable to fix the recurring issue of Internet shortages. Only during this month, it went down 4 times just before 10 PM and they would fix it next morning.
