    @bsnl_care Just spoke to the call centre of BSNL, which was very distressing. A very incompetent and rude fellow says "aapko BSNL ke office me jana padega". Then why the hell is there a call centre at place? @JM_Scindia @DoT_India Absolutely poor service

    @IndiaAwakened_ Forcing Vi to pay all this amount will lead to its shutdown and a duopoly in the Indian telecom market which will ultimately hurt common customers' interests. Yes GoI should also look into improving the status of BSNL but killing Vi is not the solution to that.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLINDIA @DoT_India Poor support experience from BSNL. Faulty router – Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting automatically. Calls to 1500 are being cut without complaint ID. Request immediate resolution.

    @DoT_India It has been 3 to 4 months since BSNL has no network, no service is showing, I have complained many times but no action is being taken, I am unable to make calls, please solve the problem, I gave you 24 hours, otherwise I will take action against you.

    @bsnl_care Wi-Fi SSID disappears after 5 minutes on my BSNL FTTH router. Wired internet works fine. Customer care not registering complaint. Kindly escalate and schedule engineer visit. @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Sir, but bsnl should work on its network for call. Many calls are dropping. Bell is going but on bsnl sim no call is coming. What is this? This is the issue we as a bsnl users facing the issue. Kindly resolve it asap for better services. Thanks

    @BSNLCorporate We recently port from airtel we noticed we are unable to login bsnl selfcare app, we call to customer care they said bsnl rules, after 72 hours we are able to use bsnl self care app I think this is very bad rules

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Mumbai Airport do not have BSNL/MTNL mobile signal. What a level of inefficiency and corruption.
