@bsnl_care recharged the bsnl account but neither the data nor the telecom services are active. It's been more than a week and the complaints raised in the app self care get closed without any confirmation. Calling support helpline is also not working. Can anyone help?

That too if it catches network at all. Doesn't matter which mobile phone you use, @reliancejio is equally bad on all. Its time they are exposed for their bad services. Wouldn't recommend at all. Jio is 1000 times bad than BSNL once was. Just imagine

@drmahishmak @K_N_Murthi Lunch time jokes aside, BSNL and SBI I had first hand experience. One person in the whole branch is good he/she solves the problem. You don't want to discontinue for this reason.

@bsnl_care This is the answer I'm getting from the day I took it. Every month I paying monthly rental what purpose to call if you are saying network issue who is responsible for it ? Bsnl is a mobile service provider and you people are taking money for it.

@JioCare my service request number is SR00002KFSE3 which was of 10th August , but no response till now , I think BSNL broadband is much better now to resolve issues

@BSNLCorporate I lost my mobile al along with bsnl sim, I contacted to bsnl office they said me call 1503 but number is not working. I have Police FIR copy also.
