In your latest message, you mentioned “Please activate my number urgently” and “Ye number astitva me nahi hai / Sound showing”, and provided your number 827****151. However, in your previous communication, you had mentioned a network-related issue under Docket No. H3030198900217. Kindly confirm whether the activation issue regarding 827****151 is related to the same network issue already registered under H3030198900217, or whether this is a different/new issue, so that we can take the appropriate action.   @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate No response received in DM either. My BSNL Wings request has already been cancelled due to non-approval. I also visited the BSNL office and spoke to the concerned staff, but no one is able to help or guide me regarding Wings. Kindly look into this and provide support.

  @insaneani_ Hmm, they might have got the factories of parsi brands which got shut down recently. Like Jio used BSNL they are going to use amul co-op logistics & raw materials for sure. They are not known to create their own supply chain.

  only 2 telecom operators in India have the full coverage with 2 others barely in the competition. Time for BSNL to reposition itself as a the “Most Secure” network to attract back those for whom such security matters and charge premium. This way, it can go up one level and create a niche like Blackberry did with its mobile device.

  Tried with different mobile numbers multiple times. No joy. Your Sim won't even recognise BSNL network in Mumbai. WTF is the use of maintaining BSNL Sim with ₹500 extra for Mumbai coverage? Forget data. Can't even get OTP at Mumbai Central station to buy a ticket.

  @TechDekhoji @airtelindia Much Needed, Vivek bhai. Vi has superior service due to less congestion, but I don't get the fact that they could have simply reduced 30-40 Rupees and make the existing plans more affordable to attract customers. But yes Vi-BSNL partnership looks promising now..

  I have already raised complaint on BSNL SELFCARE app, but it got automatically resolved without providing me any resolution. I have also sent email on a complaint portal, but still didn’t get any response. Please look into this on priority.
