    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Each day I am regretting I thought Airtel was worst ported to BSNL now my eyes are wide open. In place like Gurgaon signal is from MTNL and it is unreliable, customer care is ridiculous and internet never works.

    @IndianTechGuide Its a risk tbh. Even BSNL network users are switching to other networks, how would someone using Gpay or PhonePe would shift to BSNL pay?

    @IndianTechGuide BSNL should focus on संचार rather than payment methods @BSNLCorporate please understand we're ready to co-operate with you but you should improve the services in the last 6 months 2 times I have baught the BSNL sim but it only catches signal on the roof of the house

    I recently converted my BSNL prepaid SIM into Pre-on-Post. My old SIM suddenly lost network. Even after inserting a new Pre-on-Post SIM in another phone, no signal at all. BSNL Selfcare shows: “Your number is inactive, please visit the BSNL office.” Kindly resolve. @bsnl_care

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 You need to upgrade services significantly otherwise whatever bsnl is doing will not work. Took sim 2 days back. Not started. Very Poor customer care. Thrown the SIM.
