    2/2 @SamsungMobile and bsnl giving gud speed on 3g, if i choose bsnl data service on, then jio sim turned to 3G/2G which means number off. All i want is one 4g sim on LTE and i can turn data on 2nd sim which is not on LTE mode.

    Tarrible network issue in bsnl mobile network.. @bsnlrajasthan @BSNL_SERVICES calling experience worst now a days. Area Bikaner, Jai narayan vyas colony sector 4 E. Grand parent using bsnl mobile, we r not able to get to them. See what going there else have to port in some other.

    @smhnkmar @sumanthraman @airindiain Plz don't include BSNL, it has been sinking ship with the kind of employees working there. Do u use BSNL? If not use one and you will agree how pathetic they work and respond. Example, out of 100 only 20 to 25 people work hard and understand customer and compensate for rest 75.

    @BSNLCorporate Can you please reply why this bill is generated? Also ftth got disconnected last night and it's not working now. Can you please address the issue ASAP? It's a hell of experience dealing with lethargic psu like BSNL.

    @DrAshishPradhan @hodlvolk BSNL and LIC must be privatised entirely. Both have terrible management and lazy employees.

    @sumanthraman @nandusmart @airindiain + do u want me mention how JIO was pepped up and BSNL was targeted to be killed! If government operated customer service is bad, blame also the government which intentionally made it that way to satisfy the private operator bosses!!

    @smhnkmar @sumanthraman @airindiain I agree to your point that there shud be no monopoly in any industry, but when BSNL doesn't really improvise when they got chances, they themselves allow monopoly to be created. BSNL, LIC, many such orgs shud stand tall and give world class service to be market leaders.

    @Libertarian196 @dhume Every business has one prime goal : profit.. Everything ( passenger service, reliability) is secondary and linked to achieving the prime goal. Not having competition made even the likes of AI / IA, MTNL / BSNL profitable.

    @BSNLCorporate And once again bought a new plan in bsnl after couple of years,the issues are still continuing in this BSNL Network,poor n/w,no coverages & many times the sim card signals are missing call drop call not connecting, internet failure and so on. Please stop the service in India.
