But still no response from the other side. I also contacted the BSNL Koraput Office. He said we dont know the issue we will contact you once we know. That means till now they dont know the issue and there are multiple complaint with the same issue from my region.

I use bsnl ftth in my home. My mobile internet ping is better than bsnl ftth. Please do something too high ping. Solve my issue. 🙏 @bsnlassamcircle @BSNLCorporate

@AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, Could you please help me to get a BSNL FTTH connection. My wife has applied for a FTTH connection but BSNL office does take any action at all. I am from Kerala and working in Saudi. It is urgent for my kids to have net for their online class. My home number is 0480-2895483

@AshwiniVaishnaw BSNL BB service is dead from last 2-3 months and after multiple complaint BB worked for only 4 days made multiple complaint to district level and state level but no officer from BSNL is interested in resolving the issue,

@BSNLCorporate you cry ppl don’t support bsnl, the the ones who do dont get proper service, 200 mbps broadband but max speed is 20-40 mbps, and daily 2-3 hours of disconnect. How you expect customer to appreciate your service
