  My experience of airtel service is really sad. Most of the time no network&cannot talk to customer service.compelled to take BSNL broad because of net work problem in airtel connection Only effective service it provides is daily reminding for recharge. Some time more than once

  Your open network is in air, not for customers, which you're claiming. I am done with you, last few days with Airtel, going with some other service providers, may be with BSNL, which has 3G services better than yours 4G.

  @TechDekhoji @airtelindia Much Needed, Vivek bhai. Vi has superior service due to less congestion, but I don't get the fact that they could have simply reduced 30-40 Rupees and make the existing plans more affordable to attract customers. But yes Vi-BSNL partnership looks promising now..
