My experience of airtel service is really sad. Most of the time no network&cannot talk to customer service.compelled to take BSNL broad because of net work problem in airtel connection Only effective service it provides is daily reminding for recharge. Some time more than once

@BSNLCorporate I m a user of BSNL FTTH broadband. Every other day the connection is not working n when I complaint to distributor they tell that some work is going on n they misbehave also. It's like everyday thing now. Using BSNL is the worst decision I've ever made.
