Many just want to have 1 sim to get OTPs during transactions , BSNL can think to introduce sms only service and limited 100 mins outgoing per month and charge just 50 rupees. This would satisfy the needs of millions of users. 199 is high.

This docket no. was closed next day on assurance of Improving the coverage. But there is no improvement in the network even after 2 months of my complaint.

Though MTNL & BSNL are under central government, not getting network from BSNL in rest of Maharashtra including Thane District. Please help to resolve the issue or revert payment made by us.

Vivek (@the_juggernaut9) reported@CMDBSNL BSNL Care X Team gave me docket E30146448749, DMed me the other day, 'calling' issue has been resolved, & today, I tried to call on the same BSNL numbers, spoke for 10 minutes or so, audio went mute,tried reconnecting, 'out of coverage area'!?😡
