    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Why your service is becoming like BSNL? Since past 3-4 months, whenever there is power fluctuation, your 4G will stop. Sometimes network also stops. Before there was no such problem. Kindly rectify it. Struggling to do WFH with network problems.

    @BSNL_UPW I am a student and I am facing lot of trouble. I have bsnl fibre connection and it is having lot of problem. Connection goes out frequently. As a student this creates lot of trouble. We don't have another option except bsnl as I live in village.

    @BSNLCorporate Your customer service sucks. Neither customer care entertain customer issues via telephone nor your social media team connect and resolve problem. @rsprasad Because of issues like this BSNL and many govt. Companies can't revive and it is huge loss to economy.

    Dear @JioCare and @BSNLCorporate , can you explain me or if possible fix the problem that there is no interest and call coverage range in my area after rain two day ago ? Other networks are working fine except Jio and BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate @bankimbiswas it seems they will never allow BSNL to launch 4G. So it may take 3 yrs to launch 4g ?

    @rsprasad @bsnlcorporate Sir,net connectivity is poor, not continual. BSNL is struggling to provide seamless service. But bill is generated for full amount every month.Why can't the system generate bill only for the hours the internet worked.The staff also to be paid accordingly

    Hi @BSNLCorporate Very disappointed by your wifi fibre cable service. Doesn't ever work fine. I think privatisation of BSNL would be fine.
