    A bit of backstory: BSNL had been keeping my SIM on 3G for a long time despite 4G being available in my area. Had to post about it publicly to get it resolved, they escalated and switched me to 4G only after that post got traction. But I can’t be sure if the 4G migration is likely what triggered this issue or something else.

    @bsnl_care New ticket will close in next 2 days @DoT_India just look at this, this is how bsnl opening and closing ticket without any resolution while you guys are sleeping

    @hpgasservices Resp sir Is there any rule that customer having bsnl mobile number cant let refill order. Ahilyabai gas agency satara parisar cha Sambhaji nagar is forcing to change bsnl no of customer otherwise there is no otp and no supply of gas cylinder. Plz look this case

    @bsnl_care @bsnl_tt @BSNLCorporate BSNL signal has been completely lost in Sriram Nagar Colony, Kondapur, Hyderabad since yesterday. Such poor service from a Central Government telecom company is really disappointing. Customers are unable to make calls or use internet services.

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I visited the BSNL office at Ghazipur today (Monday) during regular working hours, but it was completely closed. Extremely disappointed with this poor customer experience. Kindly look into this matter.

    @JioCare Always network issues and always call drop while in mobile network.. really thinking of Porting. #bsnl is far better while both sim are in same phone

    BSNL broadband bill silently increased from ₹518 to ₹618 in just 2 years ,nearly 20% hike. Private players offer better speed and service at lower prices. In this govt, is there anything left today that hasn’t been inflated?
