@ANI Worst services of BSNL. When in good days their employees didnot cared about customers. I tried to keep my broadband with them despite downtimes of 2-3weeks but they did not cared. Finally had to give up. Govt should not be in business but should be enabler of business.

@ANI I had to just throw away my MTNL/BSNL landline set as no one from the service provider used to render prompt service and internet connection remained disconnected! Public money should not be waisted for non performer! They will remain parasites!

@ANI Govt needs to restructure these. Especially BSNL, has to cut down on work force and remove unnecessary departments. Their customer service is not good, i had to switch to pvt service providers for broadband few years ago, Discontinued Landline.

@timesofindia Both BSNL & MTNL are burden, still no 4G rollout, wired data plans are too old, not suitable or competitive with Airtel or Jio or even with local players. Why tax payers should pay you for not working. Better to sell these companies to private players.

@ndtv BSNL in past looted General public very much. The services were worst. The staff was very arrogant and hence Govt should not waste public money on them.

@ANI Just privatise them, BSNL is good for nothing. Their Cellular services were horrible, they don't bother to fix broadband faults for weeks. Their employees are lazy and arrogant.

@timesofindia A stupid representation n demands !!!! Financial condition of both BSNL and MTNL are bad . Merger will provide some relief as collective assets will reduce the impact of debts . And less assistence will be needed .

@ANI Close down take over your non performance? BSNL,MTNL, you had all over India presence, networks ,offices in almost all villages then too you failed to deliver ,MNC's established their business Nobody will take such huge debt ridden organizations Financial assistance for what?
