    From last 2 day's I'm at Gunupur (Odisha) & there is no BSNL service over here. I have tweeted for this but there is no response. Due to no service of BSNL i am unable to online transection without OTP. Hance I'm suffering a lot.

    @Ajaykumaarji @bsnl_care I live in a highly populated area within the city. Had a BSNL connection with a yearly recharge. Hardly used it because of network issues. Worst service. Switched to another service provider recently.

    @priyabrat3 The only thing BSNL is offering great value is Fiber. Our telephone was installed in 1992. Then we took broadband in 2004 and finally switched to Fiber 5 years back.Plan Rs 707,recently changed the modem which was having problem. New Modem 5G support,unlimited calls,3300GB data

    @Ajaykumaarji @airtelindia No boss only sweet news on sweet day implement process will be so late still so many places same issues BSNL(both side not listening) , OTP DELAYS BECAUSE I DONE THIS BSNL 17 YEARS SIM SELLING

    Modi ruined BSNL... a network that used to reach even the remotest corners of India, simply to create a duopoly for his friends so they could make huge profits. BSNL just keeps launching plans, I’ve had a 5G SIM from them for a year now, but I still haven't received any network coverage. On the other hand, Modi has made internet access significantly cheaper compared to 2012–13, the 1GB data that Airtel used to sell for 299 is available at a much lower price today

    @Ajaykumaarji @bsnl_care 1 year ago it was good when I ported from Jio to BSNL. Calling is ok compared to Jio but the problem is network down when it's heavy rain or indoor area which was not earlier so they haven't upgraded the network

    @Ajaykumaarji @bsnl_care Bro, if BSNL gives us good network at less money, their friends, I mean Airtel and Jio, will feel bad, right? Everyone is earning together.
