    From last 2 day's I'm at Gunupur (Odisha) & there is no BSNL service over here. I have tweeted for this but there is no response. Due to no service of BSNL i am unable to online transection without OTP. Hance I'm suffering a lot.

    Today I recharged ₹1999 to the wrong BSNL number by paytm After I found out I called up BSNL customer care. They cannot reverse it unless only two numbers were different from my number. I also found out the other number is invalid and no recharge can be done. What to do? ₹1999!

    Bsnl employees are dumb and all most all are senior citizens dont know how to configure and make it use for every customers so boring, alternate days we should visit them to fix line issues. 9r bandwidth issues.

    @bsnl_care This is not the first time. Most of the time and when on roaming it shows not registered on network! Thus loose important calls and even can't use any Apps with BSNL mobile data. I am just keeping bsnl coz it's cheaper than others and don't use this most of the time @JioCare
