    From last 2 day's I'm at Gunupur (Odisha) & there is no BSNL service over here. I have tweeted for this but there is no response. Due to no service of BSNL i am unable to online transection without OTP. Hance I'm suffering a lot.

    @BSNL_OR Dear Sir/Ma'am Thanks for your quick response. BSNL network tower is 2km distance from my location. I think the permanent solution for this issue is New BSNL Network Tower in my area. If it possible then issue will be solved permanently.

    @BSNLCorporate I am tied of trying to get my grievance resolved. Multiple DMs to you and multiple call to local BSNL personnel but nothing happened. My Fiber is not working since Saturday. If this is not resolved at the earliest I might opt for another service provider

    @BSNLCorporate i was using a FTTH in Periyakulam. i changed to coimbatore. Here my old FTTH modem is not accepted. BSNL (Thudiyalur) not helping to configure my old compatible modem. they are insisting to buy only the modem supplied by their outsource ppl. bad service.
