    From last 2 day's I'm at Gunupur (Odisha) & there is no BSNL service over here. I have tweeted for this but there is no response. Due to no service of BSNL i am unable to online transection without OTP. Hance I'm suffering a lot.

    @BSNL_TN Where is bsnl 4g? @BSNL_TN ,just admit that you are done , people can switch to better networks and enjoy future ,instead of 10year old tech. Just lower pricing isn't enough. Poorest customer service and network quality.#bsnl4g

    It's been 4 Days and there is no 3G network and poor network connectivity of BSNL in my area. Many times I have complained about this and everytime they do some temporary solutions. BSNL is neglecting it's customer problems. It's very disappointing. @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate

    BSNL principal roadblock to revival is the mountains of ill will it has collected over 50 years. Poor service, rank misbehavior by its staff when there was no competition, bills without service, un refunded deposits to millions, and very poor maintenance. Very difficult to ridof

    @aajtak We hope that you should take the things of the general public to the fore, we say that our foreign company is BSNL and the officers who are working inside it, they never do any work on time.

    At Hatia in Ranchi, Jharkhand, when electricity power is cut then bsnl 3G service is stopped. It seems in hatia, bsnl has no alternate power facilities.@BSNLJHARKHAND @bsnlmobileindia @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate It has been 2 weeks! And your system automatically shows complaints resolved after 4 days! How will any complaint be resolved with no one comes to fix it? No complaints are possible on a dedicated complaint line until 2 pm daily??? #CustomerExperience #CustomerExperience #bsnl
