    From last 2 day's I'm at Gunupur (Odisha) & there is no BSNL service over here. I have tweeted for this but there is no response. Due to no service of BSNL i am unable to online transection without OTP. Hance I'm suffering a lot.

    @Airtel_Presence In the classic tradition of Airtel customer care, a week has passed and they haven't moved a finger. Meanwhile I still struggle to get the connection after paying the money. Even BSNL was better than this. They never provided service but did not fleece you like @airtelindia

    @BSNLCorporate Hi.I hve a bsnl number 9464301477 which was lost due to theft.I deactivated it.Then I bought another bsnl sim with same number and authorities there said it will be activated within 24 hrs.Still its not activated but network showing and outgoing nd incoming stopped

    BSNL network is not working properly in Mumbai and Thane district and in Rajasthan pali district please improve BSNL network Im using for last 2 years but still network not working properly please do work on this #BSNL #trai @PMOIndia @JM_Scindia @BSNLCorporate

    @InvestorOfJAMMU @grok Most of these budgets probably goes into overhauling the network with indigenous gears. But BSNL as a core telecom company doesn't make any sense, should be taken over by private company or should be a stake sale.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HP I visited three times to upgrade my old sim to 4g. Every time, they all give excuses like servers down. As I am handicapped, going somewhere is a big task. The location of the BSNL office where I visited is Baijnath district kangra-176125.

    2-Bsnl portal is too slow.. and the recharge doesn't show/ work? 3- I am using bsnl since long and my bank accounts use this no 4- But because of the extremely bad services by #BSNL Telecom, my payments and #office work keep getting stalled @JM_Scindia

    @Ravisutanjani Look at the service. I have 2 BSnL in family. With that number unable to register UPI complaint was done multiple times but no solution. Finally shifted to Vodafone.

    @thanikapriya91 Sir/Madam, It is kindly informed that the network connectivity was down at Arakkonam HO since morning on 08.04.2026. The issue was escalated and BSNL officials worked on its rectification by replacing the torn cables through out the day after which the connectivity resumed at early morning on 09.04.2026. Inconvenience caused in this regard is highly regretted. Assuring you of best service always.
