    @otvkhabar Brother first thing is BSNL JIO VI Airtel no one asking for money by call. Customer support can't ask money or otp to customer. If someone asking then there is something wrong. Be Aware

    @BharatFibreFTTH Sir, I am a customer of Bharath fiber net and my plan is BSNL FTTH 777 with phone number 04132965496. But my BB Fibernet is completely out of order for many days. Please rectify the defect to get network connection continuously. Thanks & Regards.

    @BSNLCorporate I have port my sim from BSNL to jio due to network issue but I am not receiving any otps it's operator problem means BSNL doesn't allow till now to send me OTP why allow me fast

    @BSNLCorporate tried the customer care regarding this on the same date but they told me that this if it is successful will be reflected in our system after 24 hours. So dialled the customer care in the morning today they told me to go to nearest BSNL office.

    I never visited BSNL office because third party city Cable asked to contact them directly for Bsnl service but once i took the connection then third party person stopped to receive the calls and never speak in proper manner,sometime network was down for a day...

    Hello @BSNLCorporate I am unable to make outgoing calls from my BSNL Bharat Fibre Landline number but I can receive calls and make outgoing to customer care and emergency numbers. While calling a mobile or std it says : Your Access Level does not allow to use this facility.

    @DoT_India My BSNL broadband and phone connection are dead since 1 month. Made a complaint for this on portal but it was closed just after two days of making the complaint without actually solving the issue. I am getting bill messages regularly. Please look into it.#digitalindia
