    @Yo_Bala BSNL never makes networking equipment so there is no way it can become Huawei. This is just a mobile/broadband company, nothing more, nothing less.

    @BSNLCorporate Again one new issue has arisen. One tme charges of Rs 144.64 +Rs 3.93 has been charged excess. Resolving one issue creates a new isue. Is this how #BSNL works?

    @BSNLCorporate I guess my biggest mistake is to go with the @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR internet service because if my tweets aren't making any difference in service how can I assume that a BSNL employees will help me out.

    @BSNLCorporate Not able to receive any OTPs from icici bank on my bsnl number where other bank's otps are reaching. Cheacked with bank they verifies that issue is not with the bank. Please help me on this.

    @BSNL_MH Bsnl prepaid tower down in Kalyan east(421306) since 48 hours. Complaint no - C0901001858. Tower goes offline for 2 days every week. Kindly look into it.

    I am a BSNL customer for 2 years ( FTTH No-03812951148)..i have contacted the local office for changing my Bsnl ftth plan from Fibre Basic Plus(Rs 599) to Fiber Basic (Rs 449)..But i got no response from local authorities .Please look into the matter.. @BSNLCorporate @TripuraBsnl

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India Day 31 of constant complaining. See my original tweet was on 6 Feb. Already sent the required information in the DM. BSNL is making excuses of "installing new machines soon". What will I do until then? I'm getting slow speed. I can't do daily works.

    @BSNLCorporate @MinistryWCD @AmritMahotsav 6 days back I applied for 'FTTH'. still service is not activated. Please tell me how much time it will take and how much istallation charges. I paid 3500rs (my plan not included) to the provider as installation charge and router charge. BSNL office - 431123
