@Yo_Bala BSNL never makes networking equipment so there is no way it can become Huawei. This is just a mobile/broadband company, nothing more, nothing less.

@BSNLCorporate @cbic_india very poor service ever see by BSNL. Last 5 days I can't use internet at Bibirber,Serampore, Hooghly,Pin- 712203. I informed the matter at customer care. They take a complaint on 22 feb . The complaint id-B2278000996. But nothing changed still now. God knows when my issue solve

@BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw Hi bsnl team, I have plan of Broadband fiber 100mbps and from few days getting 10mbps or less, this is quite often happen kindly look into this issue and resolve the issue as earliest. These are all some basic service for any provider.

@BSNLCorporate Any fix time line for procurement of new battery bank because this problem is here since a long time. Everytime I am getting false assurances. Work on ground like private operators. Improve your customer service and network. The golden era of bsnl will again back.

@BSNLCorporate What about my status. We have shifted to your network but still BSNL sim is not working, on the other side Airtel sim has been deactivated. Still don't know whether we have made a mistake to port to your number or not. Worst experience.😢😢
