The porting was completed on 18 June at 11:56 PM, but as of 19 June 8:19 AM, I am unable to make or receive calls and I am not receiving OTPs either.This is causing serious inconvenience. Internet down, call technician, fixed in 10 mins unless any maintenance issue. If not fixed, directly call JE or AE, they'll get it fixed immediately. Once for an issue, JE, AE and 3 technicians came home to check.
