    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI I first raised an issue regarding my bsnl broadband, but TILL NOW no action has been taken by bsnl. I will not be paying this month's bill and I want my ₹4000 refunded that were paid by me a month ago for installation that came up with false promises #TRAI

    @BSNLCorporate Went to BSNL gola office, was told that the rebate will be reflected in the next month's bill. Instead of getting rebate, i was charged 25 rs extra !!! Also would like to inform that for the past 3 days, internet is not working !! @CMDBSNL

    @AshwiniVaishnaw went to surrender my father's bsnl landline... Told to come back on Saturday. Why can't these be done in one hour? Why so much of red tape? Can't we have a customer friendly approach?

    @BSNLCorporate CID 1057302079, 1057290122, 1057237020 Still Facing Brodband disconnection issue since Nov 06, BSNL staff has again close the complaint without solution, staff Sarad Yadav saying m not able to solve this, better you switch to OFC by paying installation fee.

    @BSNL_GJ Sir My location at Changodar in Ahmedabad(Gujarat). bsnl's network is closed for 15 days due to burning of feeder cable. Even after complaining the problem is not resolved.

    @DoT_India BSNL landline connection down for more than 1 moth complain many time but till date connection not corrected . Still we are paying bill . Please help us out @PMOIndia @rsprasad
