  @PB_ bsnl, @pib_comm @PMOIndia My signal of bsnl mobile goes off with "no service" at my residence Bathinda when ever there is power failure. It means there is no backup at bsnl tower.. I have sent more than 20 twitter messages to bsnl punjab but of no use.
