But it's fact is that BSNL services are too bad,lack efficient working force though it is in excess.Per employee performance (1 for 500work job) is far less to private-1for 2000.

Nether there is uninterrupted net work nor internet services are flawless. This is very bad in rural penetration. @BSNL Gulbarga division it's very very bad. Elections are around the corner.

I have a BSNL tower installed on my terrace, but they have been continuously delaying rent payments for years. Currently, around 4–5 months of rent is still pending, and despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. Every time I follow up, I am given verbal assurances like “payment will be done this month or next month,” but nothing actually happens. This kind of negligence is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I request the concerned authorities to take this matter seriously and clear all pending dues immediately.@BSNLCorporate @narendramodi @BSNL_UPW

People of India will definitely go for BSNL, but not now with poor network coverage and unprofessional customer support. When do call to them always ask system is down and disconnect call.
