But it's fact is that BSNL services are too bad,lack efficient working force though it is in excess.Per employee performance (1 for 500work job) is far less to private-1for 2000.

Nether there is uninterrupted net work nor internet services are flawless. This is very bad in rural penetration. @BSNL Gulbarga division it's very very bad. Elections are around the corner.

Due to this the exchange staffs and customers are badly affected.

Common_Man (@venkadais) reported@bsnl_care 700Mhz working as 2100mhz and 2100mhz working as 3500mhz. That's why it's switching to 2G. Are you really using BSNL as primary?? Then you should face this issue.
