    I don't know whether PM has promoted firms of capitalist friends at the expense of BSNL or not. But it's fact is that BSNL services are too bad,lack efficient working force though it is in excess.Per employee performance (1 for 500work job) is far less to private-1for 2000.

    @sureshpprabhu Sorry to bring your notice that BSNL services are too bad. @BSNL_KTK is best example. Nether there is uninterrupted net work nor internet services are flawless. This is very bad in rural penetration. @BSNL Gulbarga division it's very very bad. Elections are around the corner.

    @Koshurladkaa @SanupSharma @finologyticker If you are an average user, bsnl offers the best and cheap offers. But comes at the cost of bad service and customer care. i still stay with bsnl.

    @BSNL_KOTD the retailer are not able to get lapu balance then how the customer will get recharged their number. distributers behaving like they are the owner of bsnl india then how business will grow and people will support you???????

    Bsnl keeps taking internet amount, never fulfilling it. I don't remember if I've ever used bsnl internet...

    Suddenly my bsnl network started showing no service. Upon clarifying with customer care, I am told that I need to get a replacement SIM in case the issue persists. That too from the telecom circle I bought… @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW Can you please help here!

    @CMDBSNL, @BSNLCorporate , @AshwiniVaishnaw Please terminate BSNL CMD if he doesn't work. He can't keep getting salary without work. No customer care, no, services provided by bsnl csc centre. If no one working bsnl then terminate cmd, tax payers wasted for paying him.
