    @rsprasad As we have listen in news that dept effectively working after Tweet to Minister.I hve done all efforts before this, even mail to CMD of BSNL.I m feeling very embarrassing to write this kind of small trouble to Union Minister, but this is the actual situation of BSNL

    @BSNL_JK @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India i had got Bsnl ftth services comissioned on 12.02.21 but the VoIP (calling) service hasn't been made available yet for number 0191-2958274. Neither Bsnl nor Local vendor is helping after repeated requests.

    @rsprasad My Bharat Fiber Connection No.079-29602801 is not working since last more than a week. Daily following 10-12 times but no result. Now the officer asking me still not resolved ? Our Guj-BSNL website is not working since last 2 years. Whom to contact ? please help me

    @rsprasad People are advised so many times that still why you are using BSNL even after more costly and irresponsible service, but respect of Government Department is still in heart. Request to keep it live.

    @PrakashJavdekar @PMOIndia Sir, I am a Sr citizen staying alone. My mob no 8895296500. My BSNL main balance is more than Rs 149/ & validity expired yesterday but BSNL didn't deduct reqd amount for validation in spite of repeated requests. Now I am unable to talk to anyone. Help.

    @BSNLCorporate How come..?? On what basis you're saying.? I have formatted my phone, even I have changed my phone still I am getting the same problem. Why It is happening only in BSNL ..How can I block a specific service provider Number.?

    @BSNL_RJ i have used you bsnl fiber connection wfh but its the worst service with worst net which you guranteed at the time of installation not even 5g is working like 5g its working like 2g n nobody is listening at service station too, I have paid around 5k for this.. plz help
