    @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate itsbeen three weeks my landline and broad band connection completely out of order . Visited the customer care 100 times still no response . Good job BSNL employees, any how I have to pay my monthly bill for your service . My landline number 04285 241503.

    @BSNLCorporate we are facing problem of no network in our area when power cut occurred.We already complain about this a year ago and the response of bsnl team was good and the problem was solved for a long time but now the same problem is again occurred.please solve the problem

    @krkanuri Sir, please visit nearby BSNL Customer service center and request for your sim replacement for 4G SIM. However as 4G services are not available in your area you will receive only 3G signals.

    @BSNLCorporate Even after writing to corporate and CMD of BSNL , still no action has been initiated then what we can expect further..We don't have any choice to leave all the 100 connections as BSNL is not interested to maintain the customer and providing services.

    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @narendramodi its been 6 months and BSNL FTTH connection still not installed ,that prove my point to #ShutDownBSNL down BSNL if they cant install connection when DP is outside my house by AKSH OPTIFIBRE LIMITED, Grievance RAJ/CO/2021/8417

    @BSNLCorporate @mohit2asdf What an irresponsible answer.. Why customer has to visit BSNL office. Why can't BSNL send it's technician to customer premises. Have some courtesy.

    I also checked experience of multiple places where total cost was less than 6500. Also I have checked with bsnl customer care executive, they told total cost of installation is expected around 4500, in which device cost would be 3300. In my case device I am suggested is of 6000

    Called customer care from others number. They are telling the same. This is my personal number from the past 15 years. I had portedin to jio from bsnl around 3 years ago. Please do needful asap
