  @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate Bsnl network is not available since yesterday morning. This is 2nd time in last 2 weeks that the network connectivity has been lost completely. Customer care number can't be reached with other network phone numbers. Office phones are also unavailable!

  Dear @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCare, Complaint No. F0329159437077 is still unresolved. My BSNL SIM shows no network on iPhone 14 Plus most of the time. Signal appears briefly and then disappears. The same SIM works in another phone, and other networks work fine on my iPhone.

  @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL First start service of sim upgrade from 2G to 4G in every state for other states residents, I was really surprised to hear in BSNL Ahmedabad office that they can't issue 4G sim against my 2G sim as it belongs to Kerala.

  @bsnl_care Dear BSNL Care, Thank you for the update regarding Complaint No. F0329159437077. However, the issue is still not resolved. My BSNL number continues to show no network most of the time, with signal appearing only briefly before disappearing again. @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care
