    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate Bsnl network is not available since yesterday morning. This is 2nd time in last 2 weeks that the network connectivity has been lost completely. Customer care number can't be reached with other network phone numbers. Office phones are also unavailable!

    @cgm_mh_bsnl What is going on....we take the services this bsnl has the best fibre broadband and you keep the connection down ... hampering our work , kids study....This utterly unacceptable.....The DSoft third party is taking rest not bothered at all ...... working leisurely...

    @BSNLCorporate @MTNLMbiOfficial BSNL does not know Law. I am a BSNL customer. Charges being paid to BSNL. It is the responsibility of BSNL to provide service to me. I can't complain to MTNL with whom I don't have contract... Let BSNL give me remedy. Or refund charges paid by me

    @BSNLCorporate 6 days are gone, the problem has not been resolved yet. (Complaint no-1K0835471265) The customer care always tells to wait for next 24 hours. This is the height of pathetic services being given by you. Why should the customers use BSNL sim ? To hell with you and your services.

    @BSNL_CHTD @BSNLCorporate Hi, I am using Bsnl postpaid service, last month the plan99 was changed by bsnl itself into plan 199 and they have charged me for both the plans. The customer service was unable to retrieve this information. Please Contact me.

    BSNL closes complaint without attending and you can not complain this. In the feedback this provision should be added to reopen the complaint. Customer should not be troubled to to raise another "not working complaint. @DoT_India

    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate Due to BSNL Employees like you we have lost the trust from BSNL. You don't care whatever problem your customers are facing. If you could not then you should leave your job as you already know that you will not help customers
