    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate Bsnl network is not available since yesterday morning. This is 2nd time in last 2 weeks that the network connectivity has been lost completely. Customer care number can't be reached with other network phone numbers. Office phones are also unavailable!

    UPC not generated on Bsnl mobile number.I tried many times to send port requests.I bought this number on November2020.I contacted customer care they are not helped me.Many customers are suffered from this mishandling of Trai rules by Bsnl @Trai @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD

    @admkvolunteer 1912 will work from BSNL Mobile or BSNL landline. Either phone will ring no one will attend or you will get continues engage tone. It is true, I have tried from 11.45 PM to 5 AM. Then made online complaint, whatsapp complaint, finally by 7.30am tweeter complaint, this worked.

    @BSNL_PB I want you to know the problem with pin cod 140701 Form a period of one and half months we are not able to get neither the services nor the proper response from the department of bsnl rajpura for the brodband connection in village LOCHMAN Kindly look into the matter

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH @cgm_mh_bsnl Last 15 days BSNL mobiles are not working in Kandalgaon Malvan area. Can you pl advise . My bsnl mobile 9405258201 .Last year also was same problem more than 1 month lines were not working. Unnecessary wasting money prepaid charges .

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_CHTD I have bsnl Broadband and landline (Acc:9032769722/Ph: 04427660716) I want to surrender my boardband connection and retain Landline with the end of May'21. Due to lockdown i'm not able to go to office in person. can you pls help?

    @BSNLCorporate Yes. The issue was fixed 2 days back. Thanks. During these times when internet has become critical for both work and study, BSNL needs to give faster response and fix issues within 24 hours. Hope it works towards that to service the nation. Best wishes.
