This is 2nd time in last 2 weeks that the network connectivity has been lost completely. Customer care number can't be reached with other network phone numbers. Office phones are also unavailable!

It's been more than 4 days of complaining, Bsnl office in Cuttack is not receiving call at all time, no technician attending. Fed up with service. No assurance given .dnt know how much more time will it take to solve. Pls do the needful immediately.

One or two signal bars or sometimes no signal available. Informed local exchange but in vain. Please resolve asap.
