@BSNL_UPE @TRAI hello sir Iam using bsnl pre-paid services from last 5 years, but in last 4-5months it's gone inactive due to not recharge , please help me to resume and re issue process of same number, Iam visited Lucknow GPO but they says number is inactive they can't reissue.

@DoT_India pls try to help me out with slow internet speed and unstable fiber connection in bsnl fiber. They aren't resolving this issue. Even getting slower speed than regular 4g network. @BSNLCorporate #BSNL #fiber

@BSNLCorporate you have replied many times same things but the result has not been changed. Still no one takes prompt action against lazy attitude of officers and employees of BSNL . No one cares about BSNL customers , we are paying not to get harassment but to get proper continuous service

@TanaysinghT Still their revenue increase ! Private 4g is good but they also now wAnt earn by price hike but not able to do because of bsnl/mtnl approx 9cr+ customer , VI with 4g also in loss and very soon mAy be defult on bank loan ( huge amount ) ! 4g is just technology !

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPE I am a resident of Chakia from Chandauli district of Uttar Pradesh sir I request please understand my problem and remove it sir I had applied to BSNL fiber for installation in my house but after two days they pulled the wire and left it in my house.
