    @BSNLCorporate My Bharat fibre connection (06542298616) is not working since last 2 weeks, complaint a number of times but no one came for help.. Maybe time has come to end my customer relationship with BSNL and move to other private fibre networks..

    Need good internet solution by @JioCare at 416505. Really fadeup with @BSNL_MH. Asking for optical fiber broadband connection but local #bsnl authorities run by private contractor denying it. @PMOIndia please make #bsnl fully private as early as possible. My tax paid is wasted.

    @DoT_India the services of BSNL are pathetic . My number is not working since 15/9 and I have complaint 3 times but in vain . Complaint no . 127740185242 - 15 /9 127761693422 - 20/9 127816103092 - 30/9. 40-27706562. Can some one look through .

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR Dear Sir/Madam, I use bsnl mobile 9437167427. Since last 3 days there is no tower signal in my village Garadpur of Kendrapara district, pin 754153. The tower often goes offline, as the local caretaker leaves the tower switched off. Please look into.

    @Abhishe07298492 @s_k_r_0307 @sagarcasm Nope. bsnl always had the upper hand in terms of customer base and infrastructure. All it needed was govt support. That was with jio and rest is history .

    @BSNLCorporate @ConsumerCourt_ @jagograhakjago It's been 4 months since I have opted for Bsnl ftth services and not a single day has gone that your services has not frustrated me! No customer care! No complaint resolutions! No refunds! Just looting money!

    @BSNLCorporate Information sought has been sent via DM. Kindly peruse and advise further course of action. Customer Care says we have to pay any charges in cash. This is contradictory to what is mentioned in the website of BSNL and also the cashless economy program.
