@AshwiniVaishnaw sir my parents aged 80+ using bsnl landline number 0135 2450693. Today BSNL officials visited the house and shown inability to maintain the number and asked to migrate to fiber line but with a higher monthly biil and a deposit of 2500. They Can't afford pls help

@parixitpandey @BSNLCorporate For this reason, the Government of India wanted to close BSNL. I have also used BSNL in Uttar Pradesh in Kaushambi near Vaishali. And the Lineman and BSNL JTO used to ask for money to rectify the internet issue. That's why I stopped using BSNL and started using private internet

@ecpuneetsharmao @DoT_India "Faridabad Sanchar haat is non functional. For change of sim customer may visit nearest MTNL point of sale/sanchar haat located in nearby area/Delhi , as MTNL and BSNL system is not integrated. Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted."
