  @TRAI @AshwiniVaishnaw Banks have launched new 8-digit toll-free numbers for customer support, but BSNL hasn’t updated its directory yet. As a result, calls to these numbers aren’t going through. Because of this, I’m unable to contact my bank to get my credit card unblocked.

  @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK The BSNL network connection in Srinagar is extremely poor, making it impossible for me to perform any online tasks. The internet keeps disconnecting frequently and remains unavailable for about 10 minutes at a stretch.

  If electricity went of jio network disappear as bsnl network disappear before 2 years but now days bsnl is best than jio। Shame on you jio।

  @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Hello @BSNLCorporate, For last few days, calling BSNL customer care for Bharat Fibre availability in Jagjeet Nagar near Bhajanpura (North East Delhi NCR), but keep getting diverted to other numbers. Frustrated! Please check and help.

  Thank you so much, @BSNLCorporate & @BSNL_OR, for delivering such a reliable network service at Daring Bari town. BSNL SIM keeps me connected to the outside world. I’m quite disappointed with @airtelindia, as there is no network available at Daring Bari.
