    @ACTFibernet your internet services are as bad as BSNL. EVERYTIME IT RAINS IN BANGALORE, MY INTERNET STOPS WORKING. I have taken the mesh router and pay way high for it. And your customer service is so bad. Can't even get in touch with your Customer service team. #bangalore

    @BSNLCorporate Provide vowifi service in all smartphone, not in some selected smartphones ,I have oppo reno 12 5g it supports vowifi service of all operators except BSNL, when I put bsnl sim in it , vowifi option is not showing, please fix it ASAP otherwise I will port out

    India's biggest telecom problem is the lack of a strong third player. It's either Airtel or Jio. Fed up with both, I wanted to try BSNL or RailTel. Registered on their websites, but never received a single call. Meanwhile, Jio sent multiple messages within days. Today, frustrated with Airtel's internet issues, I switched to Jio. But Within hours, the connection stopped working. What's even more frustrating is the complaint process. Started a chat at 4 PM, waited until 5 :10 PM with no response. Diagnostics showed "No Issues Found" while the internet was down. The installation engineer spent more time explaining TV channels than explaining how to raise a complaint or get support. When it takes 2 hours just to report a fault, imagine the customer's frustration. And BSNL should seriously introspect. Despite being a government-backed operator, basic customer acquisition and responsiveness remain a challenge. Taxpayers deserve much better 😔 @JM_Scindia @DoT_India

    A BSNL tower has been installed in Thara Khunji village, Amri Block, West Karbi Anglong, Assam, but the network coverage is very poor. Residents are facing difficulties with mobile calls and internet services due to weak signal strength. @BSNLCorporate

    @TelecomTalk Although Vi has roaming pact with BSNL in Mumbai, I observe that frequently my BSNL network goes off. Then I switch my mobile on Flight mode and again on normal mode and manually search network. After this exercise, I can see Vi-BSNL network again on mobile.
