    Hey BSNL our 3g network is not available from 1 week and when we call customer care they tell us to change apn setting and it doesn't work. My ₹1699 recharge is wasting can't access internet

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL will never return your deposit money so take care for while taking connection from BSNL, after disconnection u will not get your deposit money which has been paid at the time of installing

    @DoT_India very bad service from @BSNLCorporate aise company ko band hi ho jana chahiye. inko customer add karne m koi interest nhi. 40 days hua bsnl brodbnd apply kiye no response.

He thinks he will become robinhood taking from rich and distributing it to poor people for vote banks. Inke jeb ka toh kuch jaata hai. After paying so much tax what we get is corruption by government in MTNL, BSNL and Air India. Whole system is cancer

    @BSNLCorporate 2585886 at Panchkula Chandigarh Circle surrendered Six months back. Still no refund of Rs 2000/- received. Every time we contact at Panchkula BSNL office they tell it will be sent to your house. Hopeless service @TRAI @GoI_MeitY

If there is CSC then surely there may be an AGM rank officer available in exchange there you could have got your issue resolved.

    It's now more than a week there is no BSNL network. And this is more frequent issue. Most of the time BSNL network is down. While we claim ourselves as Digital India, this area is out of reach most of the time. Requesting your kind help to resolve this issue forever.

    To begin with we should be able to treat loss of jobs in PSUs and private companies equally... A PSU like Air India or BSNL is allowed to run on public money despite heavy losses while Jet is allowed to fold up seems bereft of logic...

    When I complained to BSNL online, they sent messages “the complaint has been addressed and problem rectified” without confirming from consumer (me). This happened repeatedly. Then I write to consumer forum, who dismissed my complaint without verifying anything from me.

    @idesibanda I had an experience of BSNL 4G NETWORK in hardoi, U.P. (and I know 4g network is still not available but I was getting 4G signals). I don't know how and why there. Exceptional speed and excellent call quality. Govt is dragging BSNL to benefit the competition that's all. #BSNL

    @TribalArmy LOL! Of course Govt, Employees ARE useless and corrupt to the core. BSNL is the worst network. Its not about supporting privitisation. It is about the Quality of Service. Just don't get mixed up and come in support of corrupt Govt. Employees. They are corrupt and useless.
