@arunbothra I once complained to BSNL( broadband department) area manager about this, he said " you need our service, we dont really need you, so bare with it". BSNL deserved a shut down.

@BSNL_BR The internet speed is about 0 kb/sec from morning in Sasaram, Bihar (pin 821115). What a poor speed! Why the company cheated their customers if they could not provide internet service then they should not launch internet plan. Bsnl tower is about half km from me.

Landline 08322330053 not working. When complaint is given it works for 2 hrs and again it goes off. These is due to no backup in bsnl bethoda exchange also the tower of 3g and 4g connected to it goes off. Plz fix @BSNLCorporate

@mohitkashyap03 @bhadreshkmodi @DepTelecom Then you are a lucky guy..I used BSNL for more than 12 years, their service was beyond the description of "pathetic" their call centre executives were groping in the dark. Amusingly, BSNL is the only service provider who charges 7k plus as cable charges for BB installation.
