I watched the video. The allegation sounds serious, but this so-called “exposé” seems to present only half the story. A few facts that expose the contradiction: * BPCL’s Bargarh plant wasn’t “shut down” - it was commissioned in FY 2025–26 as an integrated 1G + 2G biorefinery. * Capacity: 100 KL/day each for 1G and 2G ethanol. * 1G production began: 6 Oct 2025 * 2G production began: 19 Mar 2026 * The facility has already produced 707 KL of 1G + 76 KL of 2G ethanol. * The 1G plant is operational and undergoing stabilisation after minor pending work. Commissioning/stabilisation ≠ deliberately making a PSU plant non-operational. * 2G ethanol is new, complex technology. It requires an entire ecosystem around paddy-straw collection, feedstock logistics, chemicals, processing and technology stabilisation. * The creator’s logic appears to be: “Government plant not yet at full commercial stability = deliberately shut down to benefit private players.” That conclusion simply doesn’t follow. * India needs huge ethanol volumes for E20. Developing OMC-owned capacity and procuring ethanol from multiple producers are not mutually exclusive. * Buying ethanol from private producers isn’t proof of a “scam”. The evidence required is that government plants were deliberately sabotaged or kept shut to favour them. * Bargarh actually points in the opposite direction: BPCL invested, commissioned the facility and started producing ethanol itself. Calling it the next “BSNL story” makes for a dramatic video. But rhetoric is not evidence. If you're going to allege a scam, present the full facts, not just the half that suits the narrative

Telecom Ministers since 1st October, 2000 are responsible for the BSNL mess . BSNL was made to bleed, while TRAI and the dispensation helped Jio & other private operators . Bharti Airtel launched India’s first commercial 4G service on 10 April 2012 in Kolkata. BSNL could only launch 4G in 2025 because it was mandated to launch 4G based on indigenous technology . Many allegations are as under :- In 2010 Spectrum a small firm Infotel (later bought by Reliance) won pan-India 4G spectrum. Licence upgrade was allowed to add voice services by paying old 2001 rates . CAG said ₹3,367 crore “undue benefit” was given. Free offers were allowed when Jio launched it services . Long free data/voice deals got clean chit from TRAI despite rivals calling them predatory. IUC cuts & penalties were imposed . TRAI slashed interconnection charges (helped new entrant Jio) and fined incumbents for not connecting properly with Jio.
