I have been complying since December at the BSNL Exchange Office and the SDO Sahab replied to me that the BTS you have installed does not have a battery due to which there is no network in your BTS after power out.

@kkhushal9 To begin with Sir, BSNL was not allowed to operate Mobile service for six years when private companies were earning a lot of money. Thanks to NDA. Same way HAL was shunted out Rafael. Both sectors were given to Ambani. Now more favourable Adani is on grab.

@Altroz654 @Kamlesh05965766 @TanaysinghT BSNL itself is responsible for it's downfall returning spectrum , then expecting alloting 4G spectrum to them when they are already in loss. But Now due to VRS many problems will get solved.

@Airtel_Presence There is no response from our zonal office, city office till now, saying the service provider returned back to BSNL, where as BSNL server showing Ported out. Please solve the matter sooner.

Recently we had installed BSNL Optical Fibre at a remote location in Badulipar, Assam. Our experience has been terrible.The man responsible for customer service has switched off his phone and there is nor response from concerned authorities. @BSNL_AS @ATULBORA2 @BSNLCorporate
