    I have been complying since December at the BSNL Exchange Office and the SDO Sahab replied to me that the BTS you have installed does not have a battery due to which there is no network in your BTS after power out.

    @jitendraverma__ @JioCare @airtelindia Lol bsnl doesnt have 5g and vi's is a namesake 5g , they are monetizing their 5g network. Also don't post rubbish that u will leave the networks.

    @GoldenEye_6 Problem with BSNL is the customer service in case something happens, system goes down. No one visits site for a few days at least.

    @JioCare I am listening this from last 16 days,do you think customer as fool. BSNL is better than Jio.atleast they come on ground and look for the issue.

    @R_N_Vaghani If #BSNL provides stable n/w, people will change to #BSNL. But their 4G frequently changing to 2G/3G. We have to again change it to 4G, using flight mode. Also if power goes off, we don't get #BSNL signal at all. This is another major problem. But they don't bother to fix these.

    Airtel has now banned using their unlimited mobile data through hotspot on laptops. I have to go on a trip next week, so how exactly am I supposed to use internet on my laptop? This company made a profit of over ā‚¹76,000 crores in the last two years when they were allowing hotspots. Now they want to ban hotspots to maximise their profit even further. The greed of these people are never ending. Shameless. Truly, the Indian telecom duopoly is working for themselves; not the nation. I strongly feel the need of a strong BSNL in this country today.

    @bsnl_care Unfortunately I closed bsnl fiber connection 3 months ago let's see if service improved then try in 2-3 months
