    I have been complying since December at the BSNL Exchange Office and the SDO Sahab replied to me that the BTS you have installed does not have a battery due to which there is no network in your BTS after power out.

    @bsnl_care If I am getting Network of BSNL with same sim & phone just 200 Metres far from my home then there is no other factor apart from ur network signal strength to get connectivity at my home. It is BSNL responsibility to provide necessary network

    @Ajaykumaarji Bharti Airtel Net profit is around ₹34,000 crores and Jio is around ₹30,000 crores. And still they're sucking people because of TRAI allowing Jio free for 3 months which closed Aircel, Docomo and ended up Vi in to losses, which became Duopoly now. BSNL should start and expand their 5G network soon. TRAI is a bafoon allowing feature phone users to recharge plans which has mandatory 5G plan, companies make mandatory recharge even for incoming calls.

    @bsnl_care Dear BSNL team, how hard is it to enable VoLTE on a number that a proper concerned team is still working on it? 😭 and as per interaction with your call support, if I need to visit your office for such a small thing then bhagwaan hi maalik hai BSNL ka.

    @beebomco Airtel seems a better run company and jio seems to be better customer experience As pe me But the experience is different for everyone. Vi needs to merge with bsnl and try to consolidate We need a 3rd player in telecom and foreign players too

    Dear @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate I have requested for FTTH at my location but didn't get any positive response from your team and customer care also didn't get answer for same In my area BSNL connection available but bsnl didn't provide me a new connection.
