    I have been complying since December at the BSNL Exchange Office and the SDO Sahab replied to me that the BTS you have installed does not have a battery due to which there is no network in your BTS after power out.

    Need genuine advice from people living in rural/semi-rural areas. First I installed Jio AirFiber full range everywhere, but internet speed was almost useless most of the time. Then I switched to BSNL fiber speed is actually very good, but the wire cable keeps breaking every few days and the local team fixes it whenever they feel like it. Airtel Fiber and Jio Fiber wired service are not available in my area. So what’s the actual solution for someone who genuinely needs fast and stable internet for work?     @aigetoachq Bsnl employees are worst than sbi employees, they deserve only kaale paani ki saza which existed in history. Reduction in pay is required rather. Make all employees contractual workers.

    @IndiaPostOffice Dear India PO, Your complete failure to resolve the ongoing BSNL network issue at the PO Dhera is pushing common people into daily harassment and helplessness. This level of inefficiency clearly shows that neither PO nor BSNL is serious about running essential public services.

    @sabeer The only logical solution is how every jio employee gets worked to death, while bsnl uncles clean their nostrils all day. I'm afraid India might become the first country in the world to be wholly legally owned by a corporation in the future.

    Sometimes I feel pathetic about my country. In my area, they don’t have fiber connection. Only BSNL offers, which work on god grace, with no reliability. I tried Airtel and Jio. They only offer air fiber, and when they visited my house, they also refused, saying the network is weak. I live near a major hot-spot. I don’t understand what the issue is.

    @dakshinapata Bro yes HMT didn't adopted quartz technology, whose fault is that? HAL failed produce jet engine, failed supply Tejus, AMCA didn't takeoff. BSNL whatever they may have, what is the use when you cannot satisfy customer requirement.
