This was my first month of using bsnl worst experience and my plan was 100mbps fibre value why the bill is 1073? Moreover i was only able to use it for 2 weeks rest of the time it was out of commission still it isn't working from 1 week i visited bsnl office still no resolution

@AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate I am paying 1613 rs for a simple broadband plan of BSNL in Bhubaneswar,Odisha and every 4-5 days there is a downtime of 2-3 days due to lame excuses like fibre cut, technical issues etc. No SLA's no ETA's.Give me a reason to support BSNL.

@BSNLCorporate @DoT_India bsnl is the most non-capable organisation of govt. Of India. Last one year no time to help the customer. The officers don't evn pick up the calls. Several times i have tried this officer several times. I am paying without any use for last one year.

But assistant denied permission to meet.I waited at their office for nearly 2 hours but assistant of GM, BSNL Balives Solapur didn't solve my issue. So, please solve this issue. Shift and start the landline as its my only number for Business.
