    @Ravisutanjani Besides , private postal servicesdo not have any incentive to cater to rural areas because of Economics but India post will still do it because is a public service. Same reason why Bsnl caters to remotest parts in India where others shy away from.

    @BSNLCorporate @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence Already escalated the issue with BSNL Director on email and pgportal , pgportal complaint closed with fake statement, bsnl employees are not interested to work they just want to waste taxpayers hard-earned money

    Our Online payment made towards Bharat Fibre BSNL Bill received no acknowledgement from BSNL and our complaint at their Portal was unheeded. Support @ 154 are so atrocious that they cut you off while you are narrating your complaint. Nearest BSNL Office 25 kms, one way. @CMDBSNL

    Worst service of BSNL fiber ever seen, They can't even provide proper internet on Fiber services, Customer care never picks up the call, providers never replies. One thing that they can do on time is sending BILL. @BSNL_UKD @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia Fastest growing major economy in the world in 2023..? But still facing BSNL FTTH data loss in 50% no one resolved the issue. Morning follow up the BSNL local vendor & month end pay bill to BSNL to grow the economy.

    BSNL - Worst example for apathy to customers! I submitted an email request to disconnect my BSNL land-line connection 6 months & sought refund of the deposit amount Rs. 15,000! Despite many follow-ups, no response from BSNL officers in Bengaluru! #BSNL #Ministry_of_Telecom
