    Our local people of bsnl broadband who took agency for distribution of ftth of bsnl is used to tell sir please take another brand of broadband if you are facing any problem as we can't help you for BSNL. Our JTO used to tell please contact Agency partner.

    The service of BSNL FTTH is extremely poor in my area ( Rishikesh, Uttarakhand). The internet gets interrupted arounnd 5-10 times in a day. In Ftth customer can't bear this ****. Please look into it. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UKD

    @rsprasad it's disgusting that BSNL, Gr Noida is utter faliour to provide all services to Subscribers due to frequent break down. 27 Hrs hv gone but No Services are restored. Ref:Acher, Gr Noida said to b "198 Core fiber Cut". See to this pl. @GmBSNLNoida

    @abhijitmajumder what happened to bsnl. why all airports are given to one group. why cant you question govt policy. why you think bsnl cant handle 5g. what about air india when you need help you use it rest of the year criticize it. how many millions were brought home via air india

    @BSNLCorporate My FTTH connection is showing Connected without internet. Whom to contact for complain? Internet drop is biggest problem with BSNL ftth. Even landline number 05252-237777 of bsnl office is out of reach. This is height of Insensitivity of BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate Is it ethical at all if your agency partner of FTTH is telling sir take another company broadband services they are having with because they can't help me in anyway for BSNL broadband.
