    It is grievous incident that my father mobile no. ported to BSNL on 15/11/2025 after physical verification by paid FRC1812 but it's benefits is pending as he did it by physical attendance at BSNL owned Office although he carries ailments. His contact no.-9474551842 @CGM_WB_BSNL

    @TelecomTalk Simple logic.. airtel and jio indian private company which gives better coverage then BSNL then why I need to stick with bsnl.. if govt concern poor people then reduce price on spectrum.. now every service need mobile.. even jio gives 900 per year for jiophone user.. shame bsnl

    @Khurpench_ BSNL has approximately 50,000 people. There must definitely be many people who can tell what's exactly happening inside BSNL. Is there a whistleblower policy at BSNL @grok ? How many people have blowed the whistle till now and what all are the issues raised @grok ??

    @yabhishekhd I faced the same issue. I’ve been recharging BSNL with same amount for the last 2–3 yrs, maybe longer, but suddenly mom called saying her BSNL showed “validity expired.” When I checked, the validity was reduced. I had to recharge the ₹199 pack because there was no other option.

    @BSNLCorporate I am a BSNL FTTH customer (TN) and my connection was disconnected by myself a few months ago (6months approx). I want to resume or reactive the service. Please help me with the process and connect me to the concerned team. Thanks.

    @TelecomTalk Why should consumers pay for building a business that was mismanaged for years by incompetent babus. Business runs on supply and demand and not on emotions. Currently the price BSNL is expecting does not match their network resources. Govt has no business doing business!
