@AshwiniVaishnaw Sir now BSNL is perfect example of govt owned service provider whose mobile recharge as high as other provider JIO,VI etc. But service is worst Before at least we recharge it thinking we pay less mony n use less Now high charges for poor service Thnk U 😒

@JWesleyhunt What I'm saying is pertains to ground realities. There was time when bsnl were the only BB providers. Poor services, pathetic maintenance and slow speed soon turned customers to private players. The bsnl staff connived to keep their services poor creating an alternative market.

@BSNLCorporate My issue has not been resolved yet …. BSNL providing worst network speed here….they claim to be the best network provider but in reality its been one of the worst network provider, they r extracting bill every month from customers but not providing the facilities

Sir, I am not getting any response from from you or any of your field officer regarding my BSNL complaint. I am going to raise complaint level with honorable Telecom Minister. Let us see his response. I am very sorry to see this pathetic status of BSNL.
