@BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw This is not at all acceptable. As I am paying a lot to BSNL for internet service and they are not solving internet issues and also not picking up phone. I need solution immediately.

@BSNLCorporate Dear Sir, Today i visited your regional office at GhodDhod Road Surat. They replied BSNL does not have funds to refund customer you may have to wait for next 3 months and thats to not confirmed you will get refund. Kindly check and confirm the statement given by BSNL employee.

@Raghuvp99 @savukku @chennaipolice_ It is true the rival firm go into internet initially by damaging bsnl cables. But bsnl customer facing - low end workers on contract also helps them by they bribed them due their low income

@BSNL_TN in our family We having 4 numbers with annual recharge plans. That doesn't worthy. Please do the needful. The number which is given by local BSNL office to complain this issue 9486107905 is also not reachable and 9486166204 is not answering the call.
