    @BSNL_KTK Dear Customer, Your complaint has been created on the helpdesk with the docket number E2614155315267 .  Thank you for your patience. Regards, BSNL-Care Phone dead since 2 weeks but docket closed! This is ridiculous! Reopen docket & resolve.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW Have a bsnl number from UPW for more than 10 years. Currently located in Haryana. Suddenly, signal disappeared since yesterday evening. Please restore signal.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 BSNL network problem any time. All over India network not available. Very poor service and network. All over India Service is not available

    Went to my nearest @BSNLCorporate office for a new SIM. Was told they can't issue one as the staff member responsible is on crop-harvesting leave. In an era when pvt telcos deliver SIMs to your doorstep. BSNL won't issue SIMs even to walk-in customers. No wonder it's failing.

    @BSNLCorporate Still 1. VoLTE does not work while Roaming. 2. Still no LTE Carrier aggregation. 3. Still the network suddenly falls back from 4G to 3G and does not go back to 4G, unless manually forced to 4G. 4. Still BSNL Wifi Calling does not work on most of the handset. @JM_Scindia

    @skh27 Not for bidding premium numbers, but for fancyish numbers on bsnl app choose your mobile number option. Problem with bidding premium numbers is the spam we get from previous owners
