    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care I am fed up of your services. I have got the Bsnl Fiber repaired multiple times. Always your coverage area is limited to a room only where the device is placed. Outside that room in the house very slow speed and disconnecting most of the times on laptop

    Regretting my BSNL choice big time! Network's basically invisible at home, and even outdoors, it's spotty at best—signals flicker, calls drop, and messages (including emergency OTPs) never make it through. Recharged for a full year expecting reliability,

    @Ravisutanjani Good move. In our family we kept one no in BSNL still now. We even got new 4G SIM for old SIM by paying 150 with local service providers, but no major improvement even in voice calling itself. Let us wait for some more months. People who are having 2 sims ok with BSNL.

    @Ravisutanjani the concern is the network coverage of BSNL, which seems to be significantly lacking in areas where Jio and Airtel are offering reliable 5G services. whether consumers would be willing to pay a premium for improved services?

    @JioCare This is comedy, @JioCare. ​I'm already your customer. ​Your service has so many issues that I'm publicly tweeting about my desire to go back to BSNL. ​And your response is to... try and sell me a new Jio connection? ​Instead of a sales script, how about some actual "care" for existing users?

    ✅ Actual resolution - not more promises ✅ Compensation for 4 days without service ✅ Not another “give us time” response You’ll lose ALL customers with this pathetic support. I’m one complaint away from switching to Airtel/BSNL or ACT taking my entire network with me

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 What BSNL is thinking I don't understand. I am not able to use the internet. First improve your coverage then speak about plans. Your coverage is worst that too in Nagpur Urban and you are increasing prices and decreasing the benefits.
