Is this really the level of service expected from India Post for important letters and parcels? If India Post follows the same path as BSNL did, it will come as no surprise. Please look into this matter

RS & Co. 🇮🇳 (@rscompanyy) reported@JioCare absolutely pathetic service. Jio care never let me talk to customer care representative. Recently I inserted my 5g sim to 4 feature phone, there is not option to recharge the number with 123rs plan. Either help me or let me migrate to Airtel or Bsnl.
