    @bholamarwadi @Advaidism We tried, BSNL service is bad. OTPs not coming in time. Even while sitting at home in a tier 2 city. Calling my mom(she had gone to the local market just to get veggies) and the response was that her phone is switched off.

    @bsnl_care Overall network issue 3rd class in the west Bengal circle and calcutta telephone circle. Maximum times the network is gone and come back after 7-8 days. This way the customer doesn't adopt BSNL.

    @Advaidism #Jio bankrupted other companies, While govt slept and enjoyed cash under the table. 1 year free internet ? wasn’t it bad and corrupt practise for the market ? Why regulators consumed Fevicol during that time? BSNL was the one who supported them and still isn’t able to stand 😡

    BSNL can be a good budget option with plans like ₹595 for 84 days (3GB/day, unlimited calls). It's cheaper than Jio's current offerings post-discontinuations. But network coverage and speeds are generally weaker, per recent reports—Jio scores higher in reliability. Test local BSNL signal before porting.

    @BSNL_HP You should rather say ‘No service improvement’. You’ve removed cheaper plans silently while advertising no price hike. 3 months plan in BSNL is only ₹ 9 cheaper than Jio. Jio offers SMS along with calling while BSNL offers only calling. For SMS you gotta purchase another plan.

    How many times i need to check with them @PMOIndia please look into this matter bcz @bsnl_care @BSNL_UPEast is not listening to me and i am feeling harrassed by #bsnl And if any incident happens only BSNL will be responsible and I will file FIR against them only.

    @___110010100___ @Advaidism It's not just that. The other services were and are still unusable. BSNL & Vi are unusable in my location. I'm still holding on to my BSNL SIM. But, my God, it's the worst. I'm pretty sure it's the worst ISP in the world. Somalia would have better services than BSNL.
