    @IndianTechGuide Good to see that at least govt trying to revive BSNL MTNL.. The main problem is the mind set of their employees.. They don't show any interest to retain customers when customers goes for cancellation! They accepted that these units will shutdown one day!!

    @BSNLCorporate doing successful recharge From BSNL Selfcare App, Transaction ID - EKO01011221522321483. Now in the app shows no recharge has been done. What a pathetic service you have! I am from Kolkata circle. How it's resolved??

    @myvaluepicks Cant say. But hopefully BSNL 4G will anyday give better mobile internet service than pvt company 5G as per usual exp

    @BSNLCorporate @_DigitalIndia In my city and area also bsnl network is so much poor 2g network is not working properly, that reason people port there network to another network. I am using bsnl from 2010 to still. My address. At konal- konalkatta tal ,dodamarg dis shindhudurg

    @BSNLCorporate Nearest BSNL office was not take any action I was already raised this concern since 2020.they just do fake promise date by day but you know once jio started his BB service then definitely your BSNL will get completely Zero.

    The speed did not increase, what is the reason behind this, 91 days of my life were wasted. Even after knowing that I am 65 years youth. my problem could not be solved. I want to do something but because of BSNL I am failing in my mission.

    @BSNLCorporate I am using BSNL broadband from last 1 year and it's 60Mbps plan. I am not able to do normal browsing max time and I complained many time on BSNL portal but it's not resolved and also they closed my complaint in next 1 hour without solutions. Aisi service doge kya?
