I don't know when this whole service gonna improve. It's under uttarpara hooghly dto area which is under kolkata telephone.

And if there was no RSS there wouldn't have been killings as the most number of people were killed by the RSS. KSEB & KSRTC will also stay. PSC is at its best relatively.
