    We say that when our name address has not been asked yet, then how did the SIM get verified automatically, whereas till now nothing has been asked from the BSNL customer and now the customer care is not agreeing.

    @BSNLCorporate I am trying to generate UPC on my mother's mobile. Getting reply from 1901 saying UPC request could not be processed. Upon calling BSNL customer care, getting reply saying TRAI server issue. How come TRAI server will have issue specific to BSNL? @TRAI

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir i am living in village of bihar which is 30km away from town(Samastipur).I am facing internet issues in my village,here is no broadband service provider.Last year @rsprasad sir launched BSNL CHAUPAL which give hope but still we are waiting for stable internet

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Pls respond to our grievances... Have filed multiple complaints for broadband issue at home, but no redressal since 3 months.. Is it a strategy to eventually close down BSNL and hand over the business of home broadband to the private players

    What do I pay my bill for @BSNLCorporate , @BSNL_HR ? The landline wire associated with my connection in Ambala City is broken since several days. It's been a week since I registered a complaint but it hasn't been fixed yet. I haven't been able to get a response from BSNL Ambala.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Sir i am tweeted from forbesganj,Araria,Bihar Sir current working staff in BSNL office are only 3, How can manage all the zone related to forbesganj? BSNL network is not working at my area from previous 1 year. Why BSNL do like that? why BSNL cant provide vaccancy for this area.
