    @airtelindia Your customer service is pathetic. It's so bad that even bsnl started looking better. Few days back, I lost my phone. 15 days & 7 sims later, I still don't have an active number. It's my 15 y/o no. and your backend staff is just useless. #airtel_sucks

    @BSNLEmployees Everyone (youngster) has UPI apps to recharge ? And also youngsters are not using bsnl because of your quality. Some still go to shop they are old age people and they don't need this feature. First fix your network speed and other things.

    @bsnl_care please tell us when you are going to improve data network issues.. again and again we are All fed up in complaining..my humble request is please don't entertain New bsnl connection till you resolve the basis problems.

    @DoT_India @TRAI . This is the pathetic situation of BSNL service. I have been following up with them for the past 4 days to send portability UPC code . They are unable to resolve the same . An amount of Rs 15 got deducted and till now I didnt get the upc code to port out

    @pranavz7 @dakshinapata Used BSNL internet for 12 years. It was excellent. Far better than private ones. Service was very good.
