    @rsprasad Hon. Minister. Was not getting internet speed on my landline of BSNL. Paid INR.10,000 towards annual fees for 10Mbps data speed. Complained to JTO. For complaining Phone was disconnected. Is this way to deal with customers? I've paid for service not dead phone. Shame!

    @rishibagree BSNL is paying salary ,O&M,Capex, Opex by its own revenue....in the worst phase also BSNL revenue is approx 21k crores and we are still trying to offer cheap & reliable services to our customers. Maintaining Defence networks,Islands A&N, Lakshdweep,Naxals,Hilly areas, Villages.🇮🇳

Stop ur crap and listen to economists. Telecom and other sectors have good competition becuase all kicked mtnl and bsnl

    @Anuragkukreti7 You pay taxes for efficient function of govt&for infra&welfare schemes for poor not to hold on to lossmaking companies like bsnl airindia and there is no need for govt in everyfield they should focus on health and edu thats all this is not soviet that govt should bein every field

    @BSNL_BR More over 5 months gone but my problem was not resolved. At my place inside the room BSNL Tower is not catching. Area Damoderpur, pin -847223... Still I have faith on my Govt company and I will not switch my no to any other network.... Please resolve...
