    @jais_george I logded bsnl broadband complaint and simultaneously Airtel complaint. Bsnl didn't even care to reply. Airtel did it in 1 hour. Selling a product and later after service isn't the job of any govt department. Govt shouldn't be in any business.

    BSNL was supposed to launch 4G on 15th August, so ported to BSNL sim back in March, despite having worst network & speed. So looks like they are not committed to work or government don't want BSNL to grow so switching back to another network. #IndependenceDay #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate If you don't want your customers to use the data they paid for, then what's the use in giving offers to attract customers when your service is not reliable at all. Numerous call drops. Network droppage, data droppage. @BSNL

    Team bsnl, i am having fibre connection having number 02347299365 in gardi sangli mh, and it stays out of service 5 to 6 days in month, and bsnl takes full bill for full month, why should customer bear? its far if it is 99% downtime, please look into this.

    After paying too much to get BSNL fibre connection. Within one month is 3rd time that BSNL fibre is down. WoW what a useless fibre internet. 🥲🥲

    @bsnl_tt in my locality.,Here there is no indoor signals and also not working 4g please do it. The only poor signal in my locality is bsnl
