    @Lcsaharan1 @BSNLCorporate @bsnlrajasthan Very Poor services are provided by bsnl 3rd party vendor (viki sales) and even after 10 times of complaint no issue resolved and when visiting to Gm office in shyam nagar his Pa keep saying sir can't meet whats this happening

    @BSNLCorporate I m 20 yr old customer of BSNL mobile never ever change the operator but now suffering from too much call drops, unclear voice and many other problems

    @PhonePeSupport I have recharged Rs 299 on my bsnl mobile number via phone pe on 25.8.2021.Recharge successful,money deducted but no recharge done. I have contacted many times bsnl coustomer care and they told there is no recharge done.phn pe no-9658858899.plz help me.

    @CMDBSNL I was complaining since last 4 months that the my bsnl app is not working. Due to this we are unable to pay bills & recharge mobiles. My location Hyderabad, Telangana state. No action till now. If your bsnl office can’t resolve issue simply withdraw the my bsnl app.

    @BSNL_OR Sir/madam every day there is a problem from bsnl side for hours, and all the time the internet speed is very slow and there is frequent disturbance in line. I think you are not taking necessary action regarding this, i dont know if i have to complain regurlarly for this.

    @PoseidonSpake @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_AS USOF (universal service obligation fund ) has signed an agreement on 18aug ,2021 with BSNL for higher speed connectivity . It will be connected soon via Bangladesh to agartala, using Bangladesh submarine cable. So kaks, hope for the best.

    @BSNLCorporate I visited to the nearest office bsnl but ur officers not working properly i have some clip to as a proof..... I don't know, why these peoples r not doing his duty properly....?

    @SupriyaShrinate Absolutely right......Never sell any Govt. Property to private.Madam they sold to Isha madam about my idea to make internet free in India by BSNL. Jio making Billion dollar which BSNL would have earned.If Govt.earn money then it can give subsidy in other products.

    @BSNL_RJ useless company or we can say money hunger is BSNL. L lived in alwar rajasthan and for 3 day I have a internet issue but their useless executive say dail 58355 and write BSNL or 1925 START. What a dump company people just want people hard money for free.

    @BSNLCorporate since most of my family members facing same issue all are using bsnl if we make a complaint no proper action will taken I have ported my father no to @airtelindia .now I suggesting my relatives to port to other networks.This is the way you are losing your customers

    What's the rest of the staff doing at the reception if they don't know what are the active broadband plans. No wonder BSNL is dying. It really sucks to go to your office for a menial task and even that isn't being handled by them correctly. What a shame!
