    @Lcsaharan1 @BSNLCorporate @bsnlrajasthan Very Poor services are provided by bsnl 3rd party vendor (viki sales) and even after 10 times of complaint no issue resolved and when visiting to Gm office in shyam nagar his Pa keep saying sir can't meet whats this happening

    @BSNLCorporate I m 20 yr old customer of BSNL mobile never ever change the operator but now suffering from too much call drops, unclear voice and many other problems

    @JPradeep02 @BSNLCorporate These are chatbot replies or just bouncing back. This attitude is the reason for failure of BSNL as national service provider. At present they are busy renting out premises which were allotted them free of cost by local bodies. They should be asked to surrender surplus space.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, we do not know the bidding conditions. We do not know, wether BSNL will give 5g service or not. We feel BSNL is totally ignored. Private company will do monopoly and finally people are not benefitted.

    @MRVChennai Sir I had a BSNL connection but had to change because of poor connectivity. Hope things will change now

    @BSNLCorporate Srikakulam calingapatnam area pincode 532406 ,there only one BSNL tower. Landlines are not working since few months but bill was generated!! When you are not providing service….how can you collect monthly bill?

    @BSNLCorporate I applied for wings service, not activated till now, visited BSNL office to activate it, officer said call customer helpline we don't know how to activate this and what is wings how it works, called the same representative replied visit BSNL office to solve this.

    @VishalBhargava5 BSNL failed due to their privilege class behaviour. Service was never their motto but harassment. Being a PSU, had inefficient employees who never got punishment. Everything need to be privatised for better India
