    @BSNLCorporate I m 20 yr old customer of BSNL mobile never ever change the operator but now suffering from too much call drops, unclear voice and many other problems

    @Lcsaharan1 @BSNLCorporate @bsnlrajasthan Very Poor services are provided by bsnl 3rd party vendor (viki sales) and even after 10 times of complaint no issue resolved and when visiting to Gm office in shyam nagar his Pa keep saying sir can't meet whats this happening

Closing complaints without actually resolving the issue is unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved immediately and reliable network coverage is not provided

    @Mrsinha Enjoy privatization once we attacked air india,bsnl,mtnl for their pathetic service. Now we are hesistant to blame jio,airtel .

    @BSNL_KOTD please allow convert of physical sim to eSIM online , why to go to BSNL office ? All private operators are allowing online convert , only bsnl giving this problem .

    Hi @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JKD I have been a loyal BSNL user for over 1.5 years, but I am facing severe network issues recently. The signal disappears completely at times (No Signal / No Service), making it impossible to make calls or use data. 📍 Location: Tandwa, Jharkhand- 825321
