@BSNL_PB only 4 days into the bill cycle I get message that I used all@the 3300GB data, I paid extra 250 to get some more data then found out that it was BSNL error and now they don’t want to take they 250 off the bill, called customer service they asked to go to exchange

@BSNLCorporate my telephone connection and broadband is down every alternate day. BSNL takes more than a day to fix it and it stops again. People like me work from home and we lose our earning due to BSNL. As a minimum can you give us discount in the bill for the time lost.

BSNL network down its showing no service neither 3G nor 2G, again it's happened on thus 6:00 PM and now 15 hr are completed but still network is not available.

@BSNLCorporate I take a broadbandconnection(0751-2991127) of BSNL on 27 April 2022, but internet is disconnected for long hours so I decided to disconnect the service , So I gave application to BSNL but BSNL doesn't disconnected after 10 days pls check #BandBajateRaho

@BSNLCorporate My BSNL FTTH connection is having a very unstable connection and speed drop issue from last 10 days. I have already complained to the vendor and TIP but issue not resolved so far. Please resolve this issue as this is affecting workflow.

@TRAI I have to port my BSNL sim to other operator but I am not getting Network or If I am then unable to send message from it. Is there any other way to raise porting request when network isn't available on BSNL sim?
