@BSNLCorporate Thanks but that was urgently required so purchased a new 2G phone for using your old SIM. Requesting for betterment of BSNL service and network coverage for saving the government jobs and employees. You guys are very lazy.

Sigh😓 after waiting for years together had to change service provider. Due to pathetic internet. no one at "BSNL" knew when 4g will start. had to struggle to get replacement sims. now 5g is on scene & bsnl struggling to put together 4g.

@BSNLCorporate Hey, I want to port my bsnl prepaid number to another network carrier but it is saying 'Failed. Try again.' I've tried more then 20 times now. Other messages are working but port msg is not working at all. Looks like BSNL is manipulating their customers. PLS HELP!
