@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK @ITS_MoC just to inform that BSNL is one of the worst customer service agent exists in india. for a small SMS issue they don't even know how to solve and how many times you call them they will disconnect the call without any proper resolutions.😡😡😡😡😡

@Secretary_DoT Booked new LL connection thru BSNL website. Uploaded all required docs using drop down list. Regn no allocated LD 12743249. Tel no reserved 2870 1000. Received SMS and as advised contacted on9432001194. Mr. Kedar responded but didn't help for immediate installation
