@BandBajaateRaho Thanks for recommending me to complain on NCH. My problem was solved within 5-10 days. My problem was (BSNL sim network not providing me good internet speed,as mentioned in their plan) now I am getting 15Mbps speed from BSNL pre-paid. Thanks 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Keep helping.

@BSNLCorporate Is BSNL not responsible for the recharge transactions made through the other payment gateways? If so, you can revert the transaction and refund it, I am willing to move to a different service as I don't want to continue with such an irresponsible service provider. @BSNLCorporate

@BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate If I create a BSNL selfcare account using a desktop, I can enter a long and secure password (32 characters in this case) but when I login using the mobile app, the password is limited to 20 characters, and so ai cannot login.. Why the inconsistency?
