    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Getting a bsnl sim is not at all easier. Most of the time server failures. No proper responses. In Karnataka, to upgrade my 4G sim, I travelled 20 km to bsnl office twice. No help. Finally I ported from bsnl to Jio BSNL is always zero customer service, with full of rude idiots
