I watched the video. The allegation sounds serious, but this so-called “exposé” seems to present only half the story. A few facts that expose the contradiction: • BPCL’s Bargarh plant wasn’t “shut down” — it was commissioned in FY 2025–26 as an integrated 1G + 2G biorefinery. • Capacity: 100 KL/day each for 1G and 2G ethanol. • 1G production began: 6 Oct 2025 • 2G production began: 19 Mar 2026 • The facility has already produced 707 KL of 1G + 76 KL of 2G ethanol. • The 1G plant is operational and undergoing stabilisation after minor pending work. Commissioning/stabilisation ≠ deliberately making a PSU plant non-operational. • 2G ethanol is new, complex technology. It requires an entire ecosystem around paddy-straw collection, feedstock logistics, chemicals, processing and technology stabilisation. • The creator’s logic appears to be: “Government plant not yet at full commercial stability = deliberately shut down to benefit private players.” That conclusion simply doesn’t follow. • India needs huge ethanol volumes for E20. Developing OMC-owned capacity and procuring ethanol from multiple producers are not mutually exclusive. • Buying ethanol from private producers isn’t proof of a “scam”. The evidence required is that government plants were deliberately sabotaged or kept shut to favour them. • Bargarh actually points in the opposite direction: BPCL invested, commissioned the facility and started producing ethanol itself. Calling it the next “BSNL story” makes for a dramatic video. But rhetoric is not evidence. If you're going to allege a scam, present the full facts, not just the half that suits the narrative.

🚀 PACE DIGITEK — Q1 FY27 CONCALL: BESS GROWTH ENGINE IS ACCELERATING 🔷 FY27 GUIDANCE MAINTAINED Management remains confident of achieving ₹3,200–3,400 Cr revenue in FY27 and said the business and execution remain on track. 🔷 ₹10,800 Cr ORDER BOOK Energy: ₹8,453 Cr Telecom/ICT: ₹2,350 Cr Q1 new orders: ₹1,676 Cr Energy EPC: ₹1,410 Cr BSNL OFC: ₹264 Cr This provides strong multi-year execution visibility. 🔷 BESS IS THE BIGGEST GROWTH ENGINE Energy is growing faster than telecom, driven by strong BESS and renewable-energy demand. Management expects the Energy share to remain dominant, while telecom gradually recovers. 🔷 BESS MANUFACTURING: 5 GWh → 10 GWh The additional 2.5 GWh line is operational, taking capacity to 5 GWh. Expansion to 10 GWh: Equipment ordered Installation expected in Oct–Nov Commissioning targeted around Nov/early Dec Management expects the plant to become one of India’s largest BESS manufacturing operations. 🔷 BACKWARD INTEGRATION — CONTAINERS Container manufacturing was identified as a major industry bottleneck. The company has started in-house container manufacturing, reducing dependence on outside suppliers and potentially improving cost, control and execution. At full 10 GWh capacity, management indicated potential production of around 2,000 containers/year. 🔷 C&I BESS — HIGHER MARGIN OPPORTUNITY Commercial & Industrial BESS could be more profitable than grid-scale projects. Management indicated: Grid-scale margin: ~13–15% C&I could be ~4–5 percentage points higher The company has already received customer approvals and its first trial order is 25 units, with potential for much larger repeat orders. 🔷 AI DATA CENTERS — NEW BIG OPPORTUNITY The company has partnered with Megmeet for integrated power solutions combining AI data-centre power systems with its BESS. The opportunity is still developing, with management expecting greater clarity over the next quarter. 🔷 INDIGENOUS BATTERY CELLS — CHINA DEPENDENCE REDUCTION Today, battery cells are still largely sourced from China. Management wants to reduce this dependency and has established an R&D centre in Pune with experienced scientists to evaluate cell technology. The company is applying for 4 GWh capacity under the government PLI scheme. Potential indigenous cell manufacturing timeline: ~2 years. 🔷 BESS INDUSTRY IS BECOMING MORE RATIONAL Management believes aggressive bidding has started cooling. Earlier, some companies bid at extremely low tariffs and later struggled with execution economics. Recent tenders reportedly have: Fewer bidders Better pricing More serious participants Greater focus on execution capability This could be positive for established BESS players. 🔷 EPC + BOO BUSINESS MODEL Energy order book: BOO: ~₹4,074 Cr EPC: ~₹4,360 Cr Management is deliberately balancing both models to maintain revenue + cash-flow stability. Important: BOO projects can create assets first, so the entire order-book value does not immediately become accounting revenue. 🔷 WORKING CAPITAL — KEY ISSUE Operating cash flow remains negative, mainly because of telecom receivables and milestone-based billing. Energy has better payment terms. Management expects: Working capital to improve by September CFO to potentially turn positive by March FY27 This is an important number to monitor. However, battery-cell costs remain a major cost component, so commodity/cell-price movements remain a risk. 🔷 ₹250–300 Cr MANUFACTURING INVESTMENT The manufacturing expansion, including 5 GWh + additional 5 GWh and container manufacturing, involves approximately ₹300 Cr of investment, funded internally from earlier fundraising/private-placement proceeds.
