    @BSNLKERALA @BSNL_KL Pathetic service by BSNL. Landline is not working for long time.. but BSNL promptly chases for bill payment on registered mobile. Why don't you call on landline for landline payment? At least you will know that the line is down.

    @DisneyPlusHS I had a Hotstar Premium subsciption active, I used my number to get a new BSNL connection and my hotstar subsciption has been downgraded to Super ? What kind of service is this?

    @BSNL_RJ hay #BSNL is it the way to provide service. In my village the bsnl broadband network is down from last 8-9 days. During this time I have talked to your local officials almost 20-25. They always respond in rude manner. I 'm totally frustrated with your services. @BsnlCmd

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw Entire Goa network of bsnl z down due to below reason from bsnl: C1, C2 links are down that cuts Panjim Kolhapur and Panjim Ratnagiri route. Keri Power issues made Goa Belgaon Route down. WTR trying to divert some traffic via Goa Manglore route

    @BSNL_RJ We recharged a 197 plan on 25nov and bsnl changed the plan on 1st december, what is the fault of customer here? We called customer care and they also refused to support . Pathetic service by bsnl. Can someone help here?

    @DoT_India complaint number 130458501132 no one has attended the fault, but Sms promptly says fault attended. Fourth time it is happening. Shame on BSNL for such hopeless service. Better close down don't waste public exchequer money.
