    @BSNLCorporate Getting broadband connection in Mysore is like getting green card in America. What a service by BSNL. Applied new connection through online three months back. Still no response from BSNL.

    @samarjeet_n @w_karve Switched over to JIO network from DishTv & a WiFi network from other source & before that Airtel was Ok. JIO has replaced all, BSNL & MTNL obsolete. This also shows how others are decimated & only one is dominant. Capitalist society has taken over, blame whom so ever we want. 🤔

    @Navjot37297033 @mhaiderc @TimesNow Why did BSNL not compete with the private players? Why not BSNL gave better plans than private? Just because of corruption..otherwise, BSNL has super large and better infrastructure!! Which one is cheap and what is the customer service level of BSNL or other govt entity?

Sick PSUs need accountability and that doesn't come when your salaries are assured by taxpayers money

    @NaureenKaur3 And what about the affordability of Internet? Remember you were charged 400-500 2gb for 1 month. And talking about bsnl there services are poor. My dad's company recommended few months to get bsnl landlines in offices. My dad contacted them and they told engineer will visit, but

    @BSNL_GJ 0265 2967872 again internet service stopped since last four days, complaint no.1054702122 No action from local team. Every month we have to book complaint and BSNL take action after 3 to 4 days. Poor service. Request wave our monthly bill for this month.

    @RKRadhakrishn BSNL has another problem due to too much of centralization unleashed by BJP Govt in carrying out its operations. In the process their operational level autonomy is affected. But all these concerns fall in deaf ears only. At least UPA was receptive to public feedback.
