@BSNLCorporate I received one call from 033 2202 0015 as BSNL customer support on my phone number and asked me to select option 1 to keep activated the registered email account used for BSNL. In a hurry I have selected the option. I want to know whther this number is correct one

do not work on Vodafone number. While the same number works from Jio network. BSNL landline calls too UPW telecom circle do not mature while matures from other network. Surprisingly VI call centre is proudly unconcerned about complaints & without fear mentioning that they will..6

@Cyberdost One of my Friend got auto generated phone call from Bsnl number , it saying to press 1 , if to continue with same mail id or if not then to contact customer care. She pressed 1. But now in doubt, whether it was a hacker call . How to confirm it, who can address it

@Paytmcare That's a false claim. The 24x7 service doesn't address the issue. I paid for my BSNL recharge. It's been 3 hours & nothing's happened. And I don't get any response. Please return my money. IPO karne gaye hai kya sab?

@pravesh814 BSNL hellotune service is worst. For last 6 months unable to set new hellotune for myself. Mailed several times but nothing happened. My BSNL Tunes app showing " we are facing a temporary issue " for last 6 months. What is the solution to my issue?

I recharged my bsnl number far 499rs on 24th October. Which gives 3GB data daily for 90 days, but now I get only 2GB data. I contacted customer service and they gave no solution. #bsnl @BSNL_CHTD
