P Jain (@prasham1920) reported@BSNLCorporate i am a resident of moradabad uttar pradesh 244001 and i am a new bsnl user. Using Bsnl net is pathetic sometimes it shifts from 4g to E and in 4g ,net doesn't work.if bsnl net is not working properly how i use bsnl.why i do not shift to jio or Airtel.😔🥺

India Post (@IndiaPostOffice) reported@thanikapriya91 Sir/Madam, It is kindly informed that the network connectivity was down at Arakkonam HO since morning on 08.04.2026. The issue was escalated and BSNL officials worked on its rectification by replacing the torn cables through out the day after which the connectivity resumed at early morning on 09.04.2026. Inconvenience caused in this regard is highly regretted. Assuring you of best service always.
