    @sandeep_PT I wonder what stops BSNL customer service to work even within their constraints. No one can conspire & make them behave badly with their customer service.

    @sandeep_PT Which pvt firm took away 4G licence of BSNL? Which pvt firm stopped BSNL from getting more customers or attend to customer complaints in time?

    @BSNLCorporate, Need support! I am having BSNL fiber connection of 200 mbps at home. I am getting the 30% of download speed at afternoon time (approx from 11 AM to 4 PM) for more than 20 days. I contacted the regional vendor and BSNL office but they can't resolve it. Thanks.

    @threshold20n @sandeep_PT bsnl's decline started when they were denied 4g spectrum and allowed jio to claim leadership of the market,all the usual complaints abt bsnl such as poor customer service doesnt matter in mobile services as ppl buy the plans from 3rd party vendors,not directly from bsnl itself.

    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw what a pathetic service by BSNL,BSNL Fiber broadband 06346-253060 is deactivated from last 3 days, paid all the bills and waiting to reactivate my service from more than 60hrs.Not able to WFH, no response from CS, except wait for 48 hrs.

    @BSNL_OR Customer already spoken and met with SDO for resolved the issues. However service provider having monopoly and bad customer service to loose , hampers the business of esteemed organization BSNL..

    @BellamSwathi @sandeep_PT seriously, i kept BSNL fibernet connection just because it is govt run organization, but the service is pathetic to say the least. No one turned up even after 5 weeks of outage.. finally had to get rid of it. Their JE won't even pick the call even if the phone is next to him

    @sandeep_PT BSNL is sabotaged beyond rescue, it's top heavy. Govt doesn't want to fix it cause powerful private partners are their "special interest friend". Also,The badly run BSNL would continues to help govt disinvestment agenda to spread among ppl. 1 dhil se 2 nisana
