Sadly, like a backstabbing- central minister owning the telecommunications promoted a private company where he has good number of shares. It is really a shameful thing to give everything in private hands forgetting what service means

Dear BSNL officials I have been a BSNL wifi user for the last 2 years. The wall mounted heavy battery has run out and needs a replacement. It has a month since I have not been able to use it I complaint to the customer care
