  @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD @BsnlCmd Sir, 033 24364849. 'BB is connected to the device but can not provide Internet' is a regular problem on and off with Calcutta BSNL. I'm exhausted of complaining time and again. What am I to do please advise. BSNL is insensitive to customers.
