    @BSNLCorporate worst sim in delhi They didnt give network, sim is like a dummy. After many year i switched bsnl and hope now network will better but story still same they dont even provide network Dont listen complain Dont buy bsnl if you are living in delhi

    @Mewnimum_ Fiber is good in bsnl and the service also will be good if it's provided by local cable operators than direct bsnl

    @neeraj15062000 Just switch to Bsnl or Vi. They have customer service to talk to. And both have night binge facility. People still not understanding, jio is not cheaper. Again there will be price hike.

    I took FIBER BASIC PLUS(₹559) Later, I came to know that NEW CUSTOMERS can opt for FIBER BASIC. Even in Self-care BSNL Portal..I could find an option to shift to FIBER BASIC plan. So, Can you convert my plan to FIBER BASIC and help me in solving this query. Thank you! Regards

    @BSNLCorporate Why is it always such a battle to get service restored ? .. No one to approach, no one answers phone calls, no one to give the status or estimated time of restoration. This is BSNL for years. No improvement in Customer service

    @bsnlindia @BSNL_KL I am living in a gated colony in Eroor Ernakulam Kerala with BSNL BB connection and mobiles with most residents. The strength/quality of both is pretty bad. I don't have a BSNL mobile connects, I am unable to get through to them. Please look into this urgently
