@airtelindia hi .... I endorse Airtel service as the best in india and that's why I always have a connection with you. But I haven't made a call for 1 week because o/g calls are bared in my Airtel number and still you are checking it. Even the BSNL would have solved it by now.

@bsnl_care Ported my SIM at BSNL Office, Kishanganj (Bihar). Getting no network on 3G or 4G even after restart. Also, I paid the full amount during porting but FRC is still not done. Please look into this urgently. @BSNL_BIHAR @CMDBSNL

When BSNL going to improve?. 4G is Horrible. Signal is 50 km radius only from Trichirapalli, afterwards one is required an outside wifi connectivity. Staff response is very very poor at Trichirapalli. Still 4G towers are insufficient, how 5G Sir ?.

@bsnl_care @bsnl_care The issue is not connection or speed. You disclosed my full broadband landline number publicly—remove or mask it. This is the 7th time I’m repeating it. You don’t even read the issue. BSNL is a complete failure in customer support.
