    @ANI Government and employ of bsnl should work on good customer service and should resolve the problems of network issue . No one is interested in paying high amount to getting network services but due to weak service we are not getting any interest to take bsnl sim

    @DRochiramani @K_Nageshwar Mr. Dinesh, Who on earth informed you that BSNL/MTNL was forced on VRS to help Jio ? BSNL/MTNL had 1,53,000 employees before VRS and Jio even today has 20,000 employees and you can see the difference in delivery of services by both companies. BSNL was another AIR INDIA.

    BSNL customer care send technician within two hours whereas you keep on fighting with @JioCare @reliancejio but no help.

    Horrible is not the word for the service's of BSNL cell division. I do not understand how & why with all the power & facility of the government organization can give to there customers such a poor service. I request head of the organisation to seriously look in to & set it right.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR @_DigitalIndia Sir,6 hours gone but BSNL FIBER NOT WORKING MY AREA. 2 WEEKS BEFORE IT WAS STOPPED FOR 2 DAYS.
