    @BSNLCorporate why bsnl recharge is complicated so much, why we are not upgrade our sim when we are not available at origin place of sim. It's such a bad thing for BSNL. Government launch digital india but some of our government company not active just like BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate since 3 weeks we failed 2 connect 2 BSNL service provider . Higher authority of SSA sultanpur say their site there is not any problem but nib Noida, BNG Lucknow have some technical issues. provide some permanent solution to this problem.

    @airtelindia Volte not showing in my mobile,my phone is compatible with Volte, Brand:- Realm 5i, Mobile number:- 9485033832 Newly PORT from BSNL to Airtel,Plz register my number for Volte service. I am not able to connect with coustomer care services.

    @BSNLCorporate I had a discussion with him and a temporary solution was provided... we are facing disconnection every 30 mins. Please escalate it to higher management or we will try to reach the CMD of BSNL for a solution.

    @BSNL_KTK I am getting hard time change my post paid plan, everytim customer care people asking to visit bsnl office. When Pvt Telco sending sim at home, doing all update over phone bsnl not taking change request over phone. BSNL don't want serve customers but blames Pvt for loss
