  @BSNLCorporate why bsnl recharge is complicated so much, why we are not upgrade our sim when we are not available at origin place of sim. It's such a bad thing for BSNL. Government launch digital india but some of our government company not active just like BSNL.

  @itzksrai Dear Customer, To activate the VoLTE service, please type ACTVOLTE and send it via SMS to 53733. After submitting the request, the service may take up to 24 hours for activation. VoWiFi service is enabled automatically for eligible customers based on handset compatibility, approved software version, and network provisioning. For supported devices, you can manually enable it by going to your handset Settings → Wi-Fi Calling/VoWiFi and turning it ON while connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. Please ensure that your handset software is updated to the latest version. For further assistance, please contact BSNL Customer Care at 1800-180-1503 or visit your nearest BSNL office.   @bsnl_care @bsnl_care @TRAI the response provided is same as previous response and is nit satisfactory. Please provide relevant details as to when proper communication was done by BSNL to customer. Proof that proper communication was done . Timeline given to the client and how many days.

  Worst experience with BSNL simcard - Got ported sim yesterday got activated at 11-30pm its 12pm now no services activated for incoming and outgoing. Customer care executives act like they work in 1980's put mail & raised complaint @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate
