    @BSNLCorporate why bsnl recharge is complicated so much, why we are not upgrade our sim when we are not available at origin place of sim. It's such a bad thing for BSNL. Government launch digital india but some of our government company not active just like BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate the most irresponsible employees are here in my region. No network since last 3 days and no one responded yet. Are they takes their salary as to just sleeping in office? Do something for those lazy employees who do not care for BSNL.

    @cgmbsnlupe BSNL helpline, BSNL mobile internet are suffering from long term Covid. Need vaccination. Frequently down due to Congestion. BSNL mobile internet very poor in Azamgarh may be also in other cities. Improve your health or perish away. Don't waste public money.

    @BSNL_MH @BSNLCorporate WAKE UP BSNL!!! POST 48 HOURS NO RESOLUTION!!! Lines dead. Broadband dead. School online reopening. You charge top package 1299 and yet behave dead, like the lines. Now am hoping @TRAI takes note of this serious customer service deficit.
