    @BSNLCorporate why bsnl recharge is complicated so much, why we are not upgrade our sim when we are not available at origin place of sim. It's such a bad thing for BSNL. Government launch digital india but some of our government company not active just like BSNL.

    @venkat_fin9 Yes, they were happy in waiting, intermingling with people while standing in queues. Slow trains, Slow narrow roads, Load shedding, forcing people to come out and play. No internet, wait for BSNL for months,

    @financebyanmol Obviously consumers will be made to pay it. Govt is just giving misleading statement to get the ball passed & to deflect public anger/outrage. All the service bills paid to govt agencies like Elec bills, Taxes, BSNL bills etc will be the first to charge UPI charges directly.
