    @BSNLCorporate why bsnl recharge is complicated so much, why we are not upgrade our sim when we are not available at origin place of sim. It's such a bad thing for BSNL. Government launch digital india but some of our government company not active just like BSNL.

    I am facing a serious BSNL 4G indoor coverage issue at my location Inside my home the signal is very weak internet speeds are poor and calls frequently drop or fail Kindly check the nearest tower and improve the indoor 4G coverage as soon as possible @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care

    Time to quit @reliancejio Enough is enough! No 5g network for even 30 consecutive seconds in any 15 minutes since May June.. And it's happening in throughout Bihar even after they're charging 899 for recharge.. Port to BSNL or other network is only option

    @bsnl_care This attitude is exactly why BSNL is losing customers. For basic information about your own offer, you’re asking customers to visit a CSC instead of providing a simple answer. If customer care has no information about an advertised offer, that shows serious incompetence.
