    @BSNLCorporate why bsnl recharge is complicated so much, why we are not upgrade our sim when we are not available at origin place of sim. It's such a bad thing for BSNL. Government launch digital india but some of our government company not active just like BSNL.

    @GunjanT76681975 @TG_TriGany This looks like serious issues. If the power is low then the coverage will be hit. If 256 QAM is not supported then throughput will be hit. Looks like TCS is far behind and still BSNL is claiming victory. TCS should come clean as to why they are unable to implement these features

    @BSNLCorporate very poor service BSNL Mahanagar, Lucknow they force cutomer to pay in cash while UPI available in Gkmti Nagar, Nagar Branch. Service is pathentic, customers are ignored and forced to wait while employees are talking with each others. BSNL Mahanagar

    @bsnl_care Hi Abhishek, Thanks for your response. My device software is already up to date and I am connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. However, the Wi-Fi Calling (VoWiFi) option is not appearing at all for my BSNL SIM. Device: Google Pixel 10 It seems the feature is not enabled for BSNL on my device/network. Kindly check and confirm when it will be available for Android devices. Thank you.

    @aigetoachq @BDM_BSNL 1/ Wholeheartedly support the representation submitted by BDM on the DoT OM dated 09.04.2026. Any sincere attempt at HR reform in BSNL must begin with respecting and involving the regular workforce.

    It’s been almost 2 years since I got BSNL SIM, and it’s now my personal number. I kept waiting for the network quality to improve, but honestly, I haven’t seen any real improvement. Looks like I will have to port this number to another service provider. Should I wait?

    @ViCustomerCare the delay service attitude pushing you to reduce the customers to vi. Inspite of huge losses you are still not active. Who will be ready to join you without proper service & no 5G but recharge with high cost. Bsnl is better as per their tariff & service.

    @JioCare Yeah, checked through this link only. Airtel already started 5G network in my area almost a year ago, though it’s not at all usable and just for name sake. BSNL 3G better than Airtel and Jio in our area.

    @JM_Scindia @DoT_India Sorry sir, I dont agree and GOD knows where the money is going?? with the pathetic BSNL FTTH in PCMC, as its down now for over 24 hrs, and every week this is a norm now for over 6 months
