    I worked in banking sector for 10.5yrs. I've personally given service to customers and also experienced service provided by other co's. But till today I've never seen pathetic service providing by Support Team of @Olacabs . Even in 90s, BSNL use to give better service. @bhash

    @BSNLCorporate I paid 247/-for my prepaid connection through BSNL self care app.amount was deducted from the bank Self-care app shows faild. Checked in app for support no option found for the same. Payment Details: UPI ref: 309485174950dt.04.04.2023 Transaction ID# 77510871

    @BSNLCorporate at this point jio 4g sim internet is better than bsnl fiber. Its been over a week with no internet. People at local office not answering any call. Made a complaint through customer care no. and its marked resolved without even resolving the issue.

    @DoT_India Common dear. We all know BSNL is a gov organisation. And gov employees never resolve any issues. I talked to DE of my area, he said—“agar net nhi chal rha to fiber connection katwa dijiye (rudely)”

    No one want provide good service to customers. If this type of service will we are going to get why will we BSNL @AshwiniVaishnaw BSNL should have increase their customer support because they are no one to listen customer queries.

    Internet is not working for past 2 days. 07270-270212 Raised a complaint 1060653824, marked as resolved without any solution. Raised another complaint 1060655737, still Internet services are not up. is this how Fiber service provided by BSNL ? @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MP_Circle
