We just have online payments and do not have to stand in queue and do not feel the pain, which BSNL also now supports. Monopoly is the big evil, independent of whether Govt or Private.

Calls get disconnected, and we're unable to make or receive calls. There are constant network issues in Lingampet Mandal, Kamareddy district. Will you fix this problem after another decade? It's been happening for years. Is this the service we should expect? Many BSNL customers, including my parents, are now thinking of porting to another network.
