@AshwiniVaishnaw .I recharged my bsnl mob with Rs 797 plan which having one year validity on 23-07-22. An unknown person who wrongly recharged my no on 6-08-22 with Rs107 Suddenly my 9444458415 is not working, Bsnl told that sys will override your exist plan it's not right

@BSNLCorporate I hope I would be compensated accordingly,I am not going to pay the amt shown in the bill, without service paying up does not seem proper.@DoT_India @GoI_MeitY pls make a note of this, BSNL lines go down frequently and it takes time to restore,but the bills come on time,

@BSNL_AS Please tell me how long will it take to fix the Bandwidth and Ping issue? I as an individual telling you, if you do don’t provide good services BSNL will be going to lose all the customer base and all the employees will lose the Job or maybe get privatised.@BSNLCorporate

Done all necessary formalities for documentation as well as taken No dues after paying due bill of Sep.22 accordingly prepaid SIM was issued to me on dt.07.10.22. To start the prepaid service I have visited so many times to your Bsnl office Nehru Park Indore & then on 13.10.22
