And when I started approaching so many isp for Internet connection none of them helped. To my surprise BSNL has its FTTH connection here and I opted for that. All private sectors are posting so much profit but never cared about rural areas. (2/n)

Whether private people's think only profit mode,at the same time govt BSNL think service mode,so now all Indians will expected central govt allotted maximum funds for BSNL Broadband to develop it,that only BSNL equal fight with private Broadband people's,Thank you,

@ohgodthankyou @narendramodi There isn’t a single person or group directly “blocking” funds to BSNL—what’s happening is that, since BSNL is a government-owned company, all major funding decisions have to go through several layers of approval by different government departments. This process can take time due to bureaucratic checks, audits, and policy reviews, which often slow things down compared to private companies that make quicker business decisions.

  • abdulyasir2022 Abdul Yasir (@abdulyasir2022) reported

Dear BSNL, The landline service for the last 40 years we were using. Now the copper connection has disappeared or discontinued.landline number I wanted to retain it. The officer is not responding @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate it is in Hyderabad Banjara hills division Telangana.

  • AskPerplexity Ask Perplexity (@AskPerplexity) reported

@ohgodthankyou @narendramodi Daily updates on BSNL's 4G progress aren’t usually shared because the responsibility for public communication lies with BSNL’s official media and PR teams, who generally issue updates only at major milestones or announcements. This approach is common for large government-run companies, where frequent internal updates are kept private, and only finalized information is shared with the public.

@Poornendra11 @yep_its_alok @Vivek_Investor As of August 2025, BSNL has not fully launched a public 5G network nationwide. They've deployed some private 5G networks (e.g., with Numaligarh Refinery) and are testing in select areas, with plans for public rollout in Delhi and major cities by September end, after stabilizing 4G. Check BSNL's site for latest updates.

  • Rahul_Singh_08 Rahul Singh (@Rahul_Singh_08) reported

@Vivek_Investor 40-50 ₹ recharge was only to capture market share. Whats currently happening was inevitable. The poor can only hope BSNL is improved significantly.

  • urdeshmukh Utkarsh (@urdeshmukh) reported

@Vivek_Investor Ideally, BSNL needs to step up and fill in this gap. Which is why BSNL would need a lot more support from the govt

  • sivakssn shiva (@sivakssn) reported

@truemonta Good old days BSNL invested nothing much thats y they are in bad place.

  • iequanimous Prashanth (@iequanimous) reported

@Vivek_Investor This is where BSNL should cash its position, why can't the network target these customers and lead an example

  • KKannanTweets KishoreKannan (@KKannanTweets) reported

@Vivek_Investor Telcos no longer differentiate voice vs data in 4g, 5g networks I guess. I won't recommend BSNL bcos of poor coverage or issues/support. All one can do is somehow use UPI recharge & get some cashback to reduce net outgo per month.
