    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN now peoples speak central govt will encourage only private people's like Jio,Airtel etc.,not to concentrate to develop BSNL Broadband,now private people's increase their monthly Broadband rental,If it is govt BSNL Broadband is only for service motive,

    My plan is 200gb per month, i have called more then 12 times to bsnl office,the problem is experiencing poor internet speed, the speed i am getting is 0.5mbps.

    @BSNLCorporate Such type of jugad available in BSNL only. As I previously mentioned it the right of BSNL to close the complaint one sided. Not even bother for solution.

    No improvement yet. Moreover it has became more worst. Previously I used to get 80ms ping on mumbai server and now I get 200ms. I don't know this is seriously a fiber connection. Worst services. If I have to give the feedback, from my side it is 0/10. Not at all happy with BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate From more than 3 years I'm complaining & others locals has complained also,but results is Zoro. Problem is not solving but increasing day to day. Please solve our problem otherwise we have only on option to leave BSNL.
