    The toll free number not working. For landline complaints we have to call a dozen times before call is answered. Local BSNL office is closed. @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia I guess fool proofing our present systems will push more progress then novel innovative projects.

    @BSNL_HR @mlkhattar @cmohry Sir please provide bsnl fiber brodband service to local villages area. Because many IT professional working home these day. They need good internet speed. Request you please do needful. Normal banl broadband has very slow speed.

    @pravesh814 But they do provide good service quality, they atleast do not ask for ₹8000+ just to install Fibre broadband (non refundable) saying aur aapke pas koi option ni h since sirf bsnl ko permission h apke area me ane ki due to railway crossing.

    @BsnlExchange @InGoa24x7 I have tried @Bsnl, for 4 years, and those 4 years were pathetic, whenever I used to call the exchange the "so called" technician would arrive and just cut the wires and join them, and after 24 hours of usage, it would stop working again. (BSNL Customer from Mormugao-Salcete)

    @captjasdeep Easy solution. At the same time they should buy everything only from the govt like BSNL, SAIL, BHEL .... nothing from private players/corporates

    @BSNLCorporate dear BSNL people like us are trying to utilize the services of BSNL after taking the plan of 700 rupees plus tax. But services are so bad and no one in Pudukottai is bother to provide the internet. Please keep up the reputation of BSNL.Complaint#TND/CO/2020/26258
