@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN now peoples speak central govt will encourage only private people's like Jio,Airtel etc.,not to concentrate to develop BSNL Broadband,now private people's increase their monthly Broadband rental,If it is govt BSNL Broadband is only for service motive,

And when I started approaching so many isp for Internet connection none of them helped. To my surprise BSNL has its FTTH connection here and I opted for that. All private sectors are posting so much profit but never cared about rural areas. (2/n)

I have connection of fiber plan 749 which have OTT platform of Disney hotstar but while login to Disney hotsatr it shows not any active plan on this number. But while contacting bsnl customer care as usual cut the phone and no reply. Worthless bsnl service #banlcorporate

Called up @BSNL_KL today for downgrading my broadband plan. Customer care exec politely declined my request saying - I can only upgrade plan with their help and can't downgrade. For downgrading, I need to go to BSNL office and give a written request letter. @mrwtffacts #BSNL

@BSNLCorporate The cheque has not been received at my REGIESTRED address as per bsnl rules. The cheque will not personally handed it will be sent to Beneficiary registred address. Kindly solve my problems and instruct to send cheque on my registered address

@KatariyaPran Govt should work and focus on govt companies, small business instead of large pvt companies. BSNL, MTNL etc many govt companies gone due to poor govt.
