    And when I started approaching so many isp for Internet connection none of them helped. To my surprise BSNL has its FTTH connection here and I opted for that. All private sectors are posting so much profit but never cared about rural areas. (2/n)

    ...paying for convenience or frustration, even My Old ADSL BSNL Broadband had better support than your High speed fiber. Ref: 11023036666 If I recharge late, I don't get an exception even for a minute, then who is to account for the days lost due to your mistakes?

    @sachsyd @shivaguru756 @Sydusm Bsnl’s problems started in 2008 due to legacy workforce issues and failure to modernise their infrastructure for 3G and 4G. It was already crippling when Jio came way later in 2016. Jio could prosper because of the gap created by BSNL- other already established brands like airtel, Vodafone, idea, docomo, uninor could have taken advantage of this too.

    @bsnl_care Today I got two more prepaid connections from BSNL for my family members. BSNL needs to improve the 4G network in my area because the 4G signal is not working properly.

    @BSNLCorporate i am giving you one good advice...you guys have bsnl app for recharge..but if my plan is ended i cant login into that and recharge again coz without recharge there is no OTP delivered..then i will recharge via paytm or phonepay...then what is need of your app...

    @BSNLCorporate Severe network issues at: P/259, Rameshwarpur Rd, Garden Reach, Kolkata 700024 (Landmark: Noori Masjid). Zero 4G coverage here, and 3G is extremely weak/slow. Requesting an urgent site check to improve connectivity in this area. #BSNL #NoNetwork

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate Hi, I’ve checked again, but I’m still facing the same issue. On the same handset, VoWiFi works perfectly with the Airtel SIM, but with the BSNL SIM I still don’t get the option to enable it.

    What a pity for Reliance Jio network jio recharge has to be done using Bsnl or Airtel network inspite being in jio service area...Shame...
