    @BSNLwarriors123 That's what mean by service . they are very sure at the service .their towers with 100℅ uptime with equipped battery, diesel generators, good microwaves backh,aul in times of fibre break. Maintaining QoS but bsnl lags in terms of coverage and reliability.

    @BSNLwarriors123 Its tough to believe that if bsnl 4g is the solution for bsnl. Proper adequate spectrum , more number of e-node b and proper power backup systems . maximum up time these all are required.

    @BSNLCorporate @MailSayantani Kindly take a look of my tweet . When i asked to customer care about network issues they told me that " u have to go nearest bsnl office to get solution and we don't know the office location so u have to use Google map"

    @himantabiswa @narendramodi Please look into the fibrenet connectivity issue, here in most areas the fibre broadband services are not yet established as most guys are wfh and needed a secure connection for our work. Bsnl is there but these chaps are too lazy or corrupt in order to provide such connection.

    There is fibre cable cut in Vodafone - BSNL interface line. Due to this calls from vodafone network are not landing at 108 BSNL PRI. All other operators calls are landing. Vodafone technical team is on work to restore at earliest. @keshab_mahanta @PomiBaruah @nhm_assam

    VodaIdea would fail eventually even if the govt converts telecom dues to equity. No way it can compete with Jio. Short term solution should not create long term problems. If govt takes stake in VodaIdea it's just going to become another rotten BSNL with pathetic work culture

    To further add, this means the customer cannot send SMS for activating any UPI services or even submit a porting request without spending 128/- and then let it go to waste. This is what happens when you let telecom space monopolised by just 3 companies while BSNL still struggles.

    @BSNL_GJ hi myself jayesh jadav I use bsnl number in gujarat but my area you are not provide 3g or 4g services only 2g provide I complain to bsnl customer care number 1503 many times but you are not solution my problem please reduce to 3g services in my areas pin code 387370

    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate Dear sir I have bsnl ftth connection (06153299913) and I have taken this connection before 3 months and till now my voice configuration has not done by bsnl and it has speed issue and high ping all time , plz resolve this issue .
