  Today, I want to share my experience of trying to buy a new BSNL SIM card. I decided to give BSNL another shot to see if their service has improved. I used it for a couple of years when I was younger, and honestly, the experience was terrible back then—constant call drops and the internet barely worked. Since I recently moved to a big city, I figured I'd test out their current network quality. When I went to the location to get the SIM, there wasn't even a proper office. It was just a registered address where a guy was standing under an umbrella. To make matters worse, he flat-out refused to give me the ongoing ₹1 offer and demanded ₹100 instead. When I told him I wouldn't pay ₹100 for an active promotional offer, he casually told me to travel 20 kilometers away to get it! I also tried ordering it online, but that was a bust too—the site just keeps throwing a '502 Bad Gateway' error. So far, the experience has been pretty disappointing, and I'm still deciding whether I even want to buy this SIM anymore. If I do end up getting it, I'll definitely update you guys on how the network actually performs, especially when I head back to my village to test the coverage there. Has anyone else faced this issue recently? @BSNLCorporate

  It is 11.37 pm on Tuesday 18 August and the BSNL website for paying bills has not been working for the last eight hours. Have a good night Shri Jyotiraditya Scindia @JM_Scindia - Should I laugh or cry? I received a message from BSNL Customer Care and provided all the details sought on private messages. Why did I do this? I forgot to contact Shri Mukesh D Ambani, Shri Sunil Bharti Mittal and Shri Kumar Mangalam Birla. I must now write to Shri Elon Musk, who is allegedly richer than all the others mentioned, including you Shri Scindia.

  @GMTMemeMacvt In Kerala 4g network is unstable 5g kaise chaloo hogaa, 2yr ago had Ported bsnl 4gbsim to Jio but with continuous price hike will port to Bsnl let's see whether its 4g works or not

  by 19th of August, 2026 but as I reached home I have inserted by BSNL SIM into by mobile it network remain for 1-2 min then it got invisible. I have talked with your customer service over the call the main reason I want to know am I need or required to make some (2/4)

  @BSNL_GJ @TRAI @PMOIndia That makes I can't use any desk, ultra, RDP properly .. when I connect my mobile internet with laptop. So it's not useful even bsnl 3g provide better ping then Jio 4g 5g in my area. If I complain they tell we are working on it but untill new tower installed nothing will fix.

  @TRAI Fix bsnl entire network wipes out when electricity in the area goes away
